As one of the main implementers of the educational work,the child-care worker is a "important person" affecting the development of children.The level of their professional identity has a direct impact on the care and education effect of children.Improving the professional identity of child-care workers can not only promote children's all-round development,but also meet their own professional development.In this study,160 child-care workers in Chang 'an district,Shijiazhuang,were used as the research object,and a questionnaire survey was used to reveal the existing status of the professional identity of the child-care workers in Chang 'an district,Shijiazhuang city.From the child-care worker in the kindergarten properties,such as age,salary,education,teaching classes five aspects to research their professional identity,analyzing the Shijiazhuang Chang 'an district child-care worker career identity different aspects of differences and the reasons.The research results show that the professional identity of the child-care workers in Chang 'an district of Shijiazhuang is in the middle and upper level.In terms of professional value,the public kindergarteners are lower than the private kindergartens;the child-care workers "25 years and below" and "26-35" are more professionally expected to be higher than the "46 and more" child-care workers;26-35 " child-care workers are more professionally skilled than the" 36-45 "and" 46-year-old and over "child-care workers;the lower the education class,the lower the professional identity;the child-care workers of secondary or senior secondary school level are below junior college degree,bachelor degree and above qualification personnel for academic degree.This study has been a deep analysis of the existing professional identity issues in the child-care worker's team,and the idea of a education proposal that effectively raises the team's professional identity.
