Keeping Watch Children—A Narrative Research On The Child-care Worker's Professional Life Of B Kindergarten In Anshan

Occupation is a means for people to survive,life is a higher level than the survival of a state,including the attitude of their own life."Child-care worker " is not only a career to make a living,a way of life,but also an attitude towards life.In recent years,with the national emphasis on preschool education,more and more people pay attention to child-care workers,because of their the state of professional life and the level of professional development not only affect the quality of the conservation work,also affect the happy growth of the children.Therefore focusing on child-care workers' professional life,knowing their growth in professional life development and emotional needs,so as to more effectively promote the development of the preschool education.This study selected a child-care worker of B kindergarten in Anshan as the research object,with the help of observation and other methods to show the research object's real situation of the professional life by way of narrating,to explore the hidden sweet and bitter behind the professional life,to thank the way of survival and development on child-care workers' future as understanding and caring attitude.This study is divided into four parts:the first part is the introduction,which elaborates from the topics of reason,research significance,literature review,defines the core concepts and research design and process aspects;the second part is the representation of the professional life situations about child-care worker Z,its mainly show her real professional life state from three aspects: work experience,work attitude and interpersonal relationship around her work;the third part is trying to convey the voice of the child-care workers',let people listen to their inner real thoughts;the fourth part is the impression and thinking of the child-care workers' professional life,by summing up the normal state in their professional life,puts forward to improve the quality of their professional life thinking.
