The Relationship Study Of Job Autonomy,self-efficacy,professional Identification Of Community Social Workers

With the social transformation and system transition,community social worker as the actual social worker,plays a more and more important roles in the society,At the same time,relevant policies of community workers is also in constant development and improvement process.Community social workers as a commitment to community building,the community work service quality and specialization of social work plays a key role.Self efficacy as an important personal psychological resources,have an important impact the occupation identity,community work is a professional working methods and work flow,job autonomy also plays a very important role for the professional community social workers strong.Based on the above background,the research on social identity and self identity as the theoretical basis for community social workers,154 valid questionnaires and usingVariance analysis,Independent-samples T test,correlation analysis and regression analysisof community workers work autonomy,self-efficacy and occupation identity of the inspection and research,to find work autonomy and self-efficacy influence mechanism of community social workers occupation identity,puts forward relevant the suggestions to improve the professional identity.Through investigation,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The job autonomy of community social workers in H city is in the middle level,and the self-efficacy and professional identity are in the medium level;(2)There is a significant difference in the job autonomy of community social workers in the position and monthly income;There are significant differences in educational background,working years,positions and monthly income in self-efficacy;There are significant differences in educational background,working years,position and monthly salary in professional identity.(3)There was a significant positive correlation between job autonomy and self-efficacy,but the positive predictive effect of job autonomy on self-efficacy was not obvious;There was a significant positive correlation between job autonomy and professional identity of community social workers,however,it has no obvious effect on the professional identity and its dimensions;There was a significant positive correlation between self-efficacy and professional identity,It has positive prediction effect on professional identity and its dimensions.According to the results of this study,some suggestions are put forward to improve the professional identity of community social workers.
