A Study On The Social Identity Of Urban Community Social Workers

Under the background that the country began to pay great attention to the development of professional social work,the professionalization and specialization of social work began to receive attention,and the professional identity of social workers as a key issue has been highlighted.As the most important group of social workers,community social workers should pay more attention to their professional identity,because the stability of this team is related to the stability of the country's grassroots.However,at present,the research on professional identity of this group is still in its embryonic state.In order to study the status of this group's professional identity,the overall level of community social workers is promoted,and the realization of community governance at the grassroots level is promoted.Through questionnaires and interviews,the study put forward practical advice and suggestions based on the analysis of the factors that influence the social identity of the community workers in the community.The research content of this article mainly includes the following three aspects:The first part: The introduction part first introduces the reason and significance of the social identity of the social workers in the community,and then through the combing of the existing literature,discovers the problems existing in the current research and the research enlightenment,and then the research ideas of this article and The research method is briefly explained.The second chapter is the core concept and theoretical basis of this study.It defines the concept of occupation identity and community social worker professional identity.Then it briefly introduces the social identity theory and professional identity theory as the theoretical basis of this article..The second part: The status quo of community social workers' professional identity.The third chapter introduces the analysis framework of community social workers' professional identity.This study will work on community social work from the aspects of occupation value,professional emotions,occupational skills and occupational expectations.The professional identity of the person studied,the research method used is a combination of questionnaire survey method and interview method.On the basis of the previous investigation and analysis,the forth chapteranalyzes the overall and difference of community social workers' professional identity.The study finds that the social identity of community social workers is generally not high,and there is a large increase.There are significant differences between occupational identity of community social workers in terms of academic qualifications and professional titles.Then,by analyzing the factors affecting professional identification of community social workers,it is found that professional reputation,promotion space,and benefits are social workers for the community.Professional identity affects the three most important factors.The third part: Based on the results of the study,we propose targeted countermeasures in terms of occupational value,professional emotions,professional skills,and professional expectations.This will provide a more detailed strategy for the improvement of community social workers' professional identity.The conclusion part introduces the findings in this study,reflects on the deficiencies of the study,and points out the research direction for latecomers.
