Under Embedded Development Research On The Identity Production Mechanism Of Community Social Workers

As one of the important forces of grassroots community governance,the concept of social worker in the community not only has a significant identity difference in the academic and prescribed sense,but also produces a changing identity connotation according to reality.In this context,this paper mainly conducts a questionnaire survey on 100 community social workers,conducts in-depth semi-structured interviews with 15 community social workers to collect relevant data of the paper and analyzes them,and analyzes that the identity of community social workers presents a one-in-one and multi-faceted,that is,there are three types of identities of community social workers in the community system: project embedding,post embedding and qualification embedding,which are multi-faceted and integrated.That is,community social workers under the three types of identities present the phenomenon of identity homogenization in various contexts,whether they are residents-volunteers under abnormal governance,or with the gradual increase of administrative dependence of various identity work under the background of administrativeization,or in various situations such as social work as understood by the public under the solidification of social cognition.The remarkable characteristics of the mutual transformation of integrated multi-faceted and multi-faceted integration are not only a realistic reflection of the fragmentation of community services,but also produce results such as the improvement of social recognition and blurring of identity boundaries of community social workers,with both advantages and disadvantages.In view of this phenomenon,this paper analyzes the interaction logic between the identities of community social workers,and analyzes the essential relationship between the state-community-society reflected behind it,so as to put forward the basic premise of the identity linkage of community social workers,and put forward the specific identity linkage path from the macro,meso and micro levels.On the one hand,under the background of the embedded development of local social work,this study explores the identity production mechanism of community social workers in Shanghai to reveal the current status of community social work,as well as the production and operation mechanism between different identities,so as to promote theoretical research in China.On the other hand,by analyzing the dilemma faced by the identity of community social workers in Shanghai,this paper discusses how to link the identity of community social workers,combines practice and theory,and promotes China’s attention and research on the original system of community social work.On the road of the community to the governance community,how the social worker treats his own role and couples it to the community ecosystem where this problem and opportunity coexist is an important opportunity and challenge for the localization of social work.
