Effect Of Status Characteristic And Exchange Form On Cohesion

On the basis of the classical theoretical proposition of Lawler's theory of cohesion ——Productive exchange is more likely to produce a sense of cohesion than the negotiated exchange in-depth study in this paper.Add new explanatory variables on the basis of classical theoretical proposition——Status characteristics.On the exchange of forms,the status of the exchange process in the exchange of the impact of further exploration by the experimental method.The experimental results show that the exchange form has a significant effect on the cohesion.In particular,in the process of productive exchange formed by the cohesion than the negotiated exchange of a stronger sense of cohesion.Thus,the results of the study show that the classical proposition of the theory of agglomeration is also explanatory in the Chinese environment.The results also show that the status characteristics also have a significant effect on the cohesion.There is a stronger cohesion in the without of the status characteristics than the status characteristics.When the status and exchange forms are incorporated into the model,the influence of the status characteristics on the cohesion is greater than the effect of the exchange form on the cohesion.This study through mediating effect also validates the theory of relationship cohesion proposed by Lawler,and finds that exchange frequency and positive emotion are the mediator variables of exchange form,status characteristic and cohesion.Successful completion of exchange will make the actors feel good and form "emotion Resonance ",resulting in the relevant positive emotions,on the basis of the formation of the sense of cohesion.In addition,the influence of the status characteristics on the cohesion has a direct effect on the cohesion in addition to the above-mentioned path.The qualitative analysis of the experimental chats and interview texts effectively explains the conclusions of this study from the other.
