"13th Five-Year" in the planning,and the implementation of the strategy of employment priority to implement a more proactive employment policy,which creates more jobs,efforts to solve the structural contradiction of employment,encourage entrepreneurship to achieve full employment,and high quality employment,to promote higher quality employment and improve the public employment service ability as the focus of the next step.With the rapid development of Higher Vocational Education in China,the employment guidance service in higher vocational colleges has made some achievements,but there are still many problems.Is the lack of systematic theory for guiding China’s occupation education,for our higher vocational(high)work and graduate employment guidance service college employment demand,especially the higher vocational profession(high)colleges as professional talents training base,the pressure in the process of improving the quality of employment.In this paper,the power of HDL college graduates employment guidance service as the research object,reflects the new period of reform and development in electric power industry and electric power system,electric power enterprises to change the demand of electric power professional talents,higher vocational colleges based on electricity(Gao Zhuan)(HDL)personnel training program,combined with the relevant contents of the employment quality for the establishment of theoretical system the perfect employment guidance service system to provide the control standard.In the basis of the current situation of employment guidance and service consolidation problems of HDL college,puts forward the research direction to improve the quality of employment as the goal,two aspects: Strategic Analysis of HDL electric power professional employment guidance services through the external environment and internal development,and through the analysis of present employment guidance service system at the HDL School of thought,in order to construct the basic framework of college employment guidance service system HDL.Combined with the occupation education and employment quality theory,innovative ideas,methods,figure the quality of employment and employment guidance services,integration design,high efficiency and sustainable development of the employment guidance service system.In Higher Vocational Colleges(high)and HDL,many similar industry education institutions,such as forestry,agriculture,petroleum and other institutions,are also facing changes in industry,adjust the talent training strategy,make the employment guidance service has the characteristics of the industry,the employment guidance service into the long-term mechanism of occupation development.Therefore,it has important reference value for graduates of other majors and employment guidance services of other vocational education institutions.
