The free style wrestling is a two person antagonistic sport dominated by tactics and tactics.The play of the athletes' skill and tactics plays an important role in the scoring of the competition.The technical action of the leg is the best in the free style wrestling.In order to effectively improve the performance of the excellent free wrestling athlete Deng Zhiwei,some needles are put forward.On the basis of the analysis of the test results of the three dimensional force table of freer Roman wrestler Deng Zhiwei,this paper focuses on the change of muscle strength,training methods and means as well as the optimization of training methods and means,and the results are as follows:(1)to complete the time parameter of the technical movement,Deng Zhiwei completed the time of holding both legs about 4S.The squatting stage is about 1s when the experiment begins,and the step of the step from the step to the opponent is about2 S,which will carry the hand to the whole leg.It's about 1s.(2)Deng Zhiwei completed the stress difference of the technical movement:the maximum average stress on the Fx axis in the pre squatting stage,the step of the step and the beginning of the holding stage was significantly different(P<0.05).There is no significant difference between Deng Zhiwei's pre squatting stage,the step of the step and the lifting stage on the Fy axis by independent sample T test.There is no significant difference(P>0.05).There is no significant difference between the pre squatting stage and the step of the step(P>0.05)between the pre squat stage and the upper step of the leg(Fz).(P<0.05)there is a distinct difference.(3)Deng Zhiwei's training: Deng Zhiwei's training is mainly physical training,including special strength training,special speed exercises and flexibility training.Among them,Deng Zhiwei's special strength training is mainly trained with maximum strength to assist with fast strength and strength endurance training.The training methods of maximum strength mainly adopt the form of instrument practice and double back practice.The means of functional training are generally not fixed,and all the instruments that can be provided to Deng Zhiwei's unstable state can be used to improve the level of competition by overcoming the unstable state.(4)In the innovation of training means,through the visit to some of Deng Zhiwei's coaches,the training means and methods are mostly based on their own experience.Most of the coaches are still using traditional training methods and methods.It is difficult to accept some of the more advanced training methods and think their training methods are more suitable for themselves.Athletes do not have the sense of innovation that keeps pace with the times.For some advanced training methods and methods,most coaches only use their own experience to make simple modifications to the training,not fully consider Deng Zhiwei's self-physical status,training method is not targeted.Conclusion:(1)according to the time value curve analysis of Deng Zhiwei's double leg action,Deng Zhiwei has a longer time to reach the peak of force when carrying on the two leg technical movements,which indicates that Deng Zhiwei's training lacks special speed practice.Therefore,in Deng Zhiwei's special physical and speed quality,the fast strength and speed quality should be carried out.Sex exercise.(2)in the force of the technical action,Deng Zhiwei's main force comes from the vertical force and the force value is much larger than the front and back force and the left and right forces when carrying the double leg action.So in Deng Zhiwei's daily training,the vertical direction resistance training should be carried out more,and attention should be paid to the load training.The strength of stamina is strengthened.(3)at present,the training of Deng Zhiwei in our country is mainly focused on the special physical training,and the recovery and auxiliary training after training is not enough.Coaches' recognition and attention to functional training is far from satisfactory.Deng Zhiwei is in a state of high load for a long time,and the injuries of the body are more obvious.There is not enough for the auxiliary practice and rehabilitation training after Deng Zhiwei's injury.The lack of this aspect directly leads to Deng Zhiwei's failure to return to the peak state well,which hinders Deng Zhiwei's body recovery level.
