Risk Assessment And Countermeasures Of Physical Education In Junior High Schools In Yantai

Sports risk is one of the reasons that restrict the development of school sports.School physical education is the key to the development of young people's physique,and sports risk affects the physical quality of young people indirectly.Young people's physical weakness is also one of the factors that cause sports risk.Therefore,sports risk is closely related to teenagers themselves.How to reduce the risk of physical education,improve the physical quality of young people,and provide a safe living environment for young people is an important problem we need to solve.In this study,Pareto analysis is used to explore the risk of school sports from 4 factors.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Through the study of teachers' factors,teachers' risk factors are divided into 4dimensions,which are: Teacher's teaching experience risk,teacher's teaching technology risk,teacher self management risk,and teaching content selection risk.Teaching experience risk is the most important risk dimension in teacher risk,followed by the selection of teaching content..Teachers' classroom organization,classroom discipline control and teaching content selection are the primary problems for teachers to solve in teaching.2.In the study of students' risk factors,the risk factors are divided into 3dimensions,namely,students' own risk,classroom preparation risk and equipment use risk.Students' own factors are particularly important dimensions of students' risk factors.Classroom preparation and equipment use are secondary.Students who are not fully active during preparatory activities are the main risk factors.3.The environmental factors of the site are mainly divided into 3 dimensions,namely,equipment damage risk,site facilities risk and bad weather risk.By contrast,it is found that the construction of venues and facilities is a particularly important risk dimension.Failure to repair equipment after damage is the most important risk factor.4.The school management is divided into 2 dimensions: the medical facilities are not well equipped,the facilities and facilities are at risk.For the management and maintenance of venues and facilities,school administrators should pay special attention to them,and the medical facilities should also be equipped.5.Aiming at the risk factors of physical education risk in junior high school in Yantai,the following strategies are put forward.Teachers: setting up a correct concept of risk cognition,strengthening teachers' sense of responsibility,improving teachers' teaching level,summing up teaching experience,improving self ability,and selecting teaching content scientifically according to the law of students' physical and mental development.6.Students: to understand sports,to stimulate interest in learning,to obey the organization of teachers,to actively participate in sports interaction,to understand their own physical condition,to learn to adjust and protect them,to understand sports equipment and to learn to use them correctly.7.Field environment: Construction of standard sports venues,equipped with safe sports equipment;regular inspection and maintenance of site equipment;in accordance with environmental factors,reasonable selection of teaching content.8.School management: regular physical education evaluation to promote physical education;regular physical monitoring,the establishment of student health files;strengthen the construction of teachers and improve the quality of teaching.
