Teaching school soccer is a high-risk physical education program with potential risk factors that threaten student safety.In September 2020,the National Youth Campus Football Leading Group issued The Action Plan for the Construction of the Eight Systems of National Youth Campus Football,which proposes to strengthen the safety awareness and risk prevention ability of soccer,so it is especially important to conduct risk assessment research on it.This paper takes the risk assessment of middle school soccer teaching in Jinan as the research object,uses literature method,questionnaire survey method,hierarchical analysis method,and list sorting method to identify the risks of middle school soccer teaching in Jinan,quantifies the risk assessment indexes,and proposes measures for risk response and control,aiming to improve students’ self-protection awareness and teachers’ teaching risk awareness,and to avoid possible soccer teaching.Conclusions:(1)In the risk identification of middle school soccer teaching in Jinan,there are 4 primary risk indicators of teacher factors,student factors,environmental factors,and school factors;15 secondary risk indicators of teaching management,teaching experience,etc.;and 35 tertiary risk indicators.(2)Determine the weights of the primary risk indicators from highest to lowest: student factor,teacher factor,school factor,and environmental factor;the safety management weight value of teachers is the first among the secondary indicators of teacher factor;the safety awareness weight value of students is the largest among the secondary indicators of student factor;the site quality weight value is the highest among the secondary indicators of environmental factor;the school management weight value is the highest among the secondary indicators under school factor.(3)The statistical results were analyzed by using the list sorting method and Pareto analysis to obtain the main risk factors among the four first-level risk index factors.(4)Risk management measures of risk avoidance,loss control,risk transfer and risk retention were implemented to cope with and control the risk of teaching soccer in Jinan junior high school. |
