In recent years, the frequency of sports injuries has become more and more frequent.Injuries have had a great impact on the psychology of athletes. At the same time, they have also directly affected their level of competition in training and sports competitions, thus directly affecting the final level.Competition results. In the domestic and foreign sports competitions, the arrangement of the competition system is very close, which puts very strict requirements on the athlete's physical fitness.Under such a high-intensity environment, the probability of occurrence of sports injuries will be greatly increased. In this case, athletes will appear more passive and unable to maintain a very positive competitive state to cope with the competition. This also poses a severe challenge to whether or not the physical rehabilitation training method we used can adapt to the current competitive pattern.New means and methods have emerged-FMS(Functional Action Screening). This method has been approved by coaches in many countries and has been applied to sports teams.During the preparations for the London Olympics(2012),many projects in China have introduced FMS into sports teams for physical rehabilitation training for players who have focused on them, and proved their role in assessing functional deficiencies and preventing injuries. It is significant and effective for athletes to provide a solid and strong technical protection when they participate in major competitions. The research uses the literature data method to analyze and collate the predecessors' research. The test method is used for the FMS test. The collected data are processed and analyzed by the method of mathematical statistics. The speed skating team and corrective training are learned through the interview method, and finally Use logical analysis methods. The study was conducted on the subjects of the study, and experimental studies were carried out on the conditions of athletes' training levels, training years, and ages. The subject's functional movement screening was used in the speed skating physical fitness training. The subjects were 20 athletes of Jilin Province speed skating team. The screening methods of sports FMS explored the stability of the athlete's overall body control and the flexibility of each joint.Whether there is a problem in the overall ontology sensing of athletes or not, formulating corresponding corrective plans for the identified problems, and providing theoretical guidance and practical basis for the athletes' ability to prevent injuries and provide scientific and reasonable corrective training for athletes in the future.Through research, the following conclusions have been drawn:1.The average score of the FMS test of the speed skating athletes in Jilin Province is 14 points or more.In the test, the best exercise performance is knee straight leg lift test, the lowest score is deep squat test, the flexibility of the male athlete's shoulder joint and the female athlete is relatively poor, many athletes knee, ankle flexibility also Stability needs further improvement.2.The use of FMS testing as a screening tool for the functional vulnerability of speed skaters can make it easier to find problems in the performance of athletes. It can screen and identify the action patterns that need attention.3.Through corrective training interventions for athletes developed in this study, athletes' FMS screening scores and total scores of all test items have been significantly improved, and athletes' performance has also been improved.
