The functional movement screen(FMS),which appeared in the 1990s,was designed at the beginning to evaluate the body structure,movement mode and movement function of professional athletes and firefighters,and is now accepted by more and more people and projects.As an effective test tool to evaluate the flexibility and stability of human body,it can screen the damage of human body structure and the wrong movement mode,diagnose the damage that has occurred in human body and predict the risk of damage.This paper only studies the problems of human body movement mode and function.The country is vigorously promoting the volleyball into the campus activities,the volleyball population is slowly expanding,middle school students have become the main force of campus volleyball,how to do a good job in the training of middle school students' volleyball team,timely find out the problems in their training action mode and body structure,and judge the risk of injury.Especially for women volleyball players,there are some problems,such as weak strength,bad movement mode leading to inaccurate technical movements.How to solve these problems and make them better participate in volleyball,good movement function and movement mode become the key.By using the methods of literature,experiment,case study,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper tests the FMS of 30 women volleyball players in Lanzhou No The risks and weak links make the young women's volleyball players achieve a comprehensive and balanced development,and lay a solid foundation for the enhancement of special physical strength and the improvement of special technology.Through the case study of FMS test and correction for the athletes,the conclusions are as follows:1.According to the overall average score of the test,the average score of FMS test is positively related to the training years.The average score is lower than 14,which indicates that there are some problems in the movement function and movement mode.Athletes with an average score of less than 14 have a higher risk of injury,and even part of the players' pain screening where the pain response occurred in the test process summary,indicating that the athletes have been injured.2.The single test data showed that the lower limb flexibility and unilateral support stability of the athletes were good;the knee joint stability was not strong,the ankle joint flexibility and stability were insufficient,and the back flexion angle was limited.Although the ankle injury of some players had been recovered,the ankle joint function was limited,and the normal movement mode had not been restored;the core strength was not enough as a whole,and the shoulder joint flexibility was poor,which It not only limits the improvement of volleyball technique,but also leads to a higher risk of shoulder injury.3.From the perspective of age group,the lower limb flexibility,core strength and back muscle group training of athletes in the older age group are poor,resulting in waist injuries and other problems.The physical development of young age group athletes is not mature,and there is a certain lack of core strength and stability.4.According to the training years grouping data,there is a certain correlation between FMS score and training years.However,the starting point and level of athletes' training are different,and their physical conditions are also different.5.After six weeks of correction training,two correction subjects were tested by FMS.It was found that the total score of YZY test was significantly higher than that before training,the lower back pain disappeared and the lumbar pain was relieved,but the pain screening test was still positive.It can be seen that the training effect of soft tissue relaxation,flexibility training and correction training is good,and it has good effect on the recovery of body function and movement mode.CHW's shoulder pain screening test results are negative,and the problem of shoulder pain has been significantly improved.Through the soft tissue relaxation,shoulder flexibility training and functional correction training of the cluster around the shoulder,CHW's shoulder joint flexibility and the strength of the cluster around the shoulder have been improved.Through the above conclusions,we give the following suggestions:1.Young women volleyball players should pay attention to the combination of technical training and physical training in their daily training,and even the proportion of physical training should be slightly larger.Young players should pay more attention to physical training.2.Core training can help athletes to have good performance in the training competition.Young women volleyball players should increase the proportion of core training in the training process.3.FMS test,as a simple and easy test to screen the bad movement mode and function,should be carried out in stages and in a planned way to help coaches pay attention to the injury risk of athletes and avoid the injury caused by training.4.For athletes who have already suffered sports injury,correction training should be carried out in time during the recovery period to avoid action pattern disorder and habitual injury.5.The correction training has certain effect on the correction object,and the correction training should be persisted until the problem disappears.
