As one of the important means of endurance training,hypoxic training is mainly characterized by the fact that the same training effect is less than that of athletes under hypoxic environment.During the winter training period from 2014 to 2015,due to injury and psychological reasons,the weight of swimmers increased by 8kg compared to the peak period of competition,-and their special sports ability dropped sharply.In order to return to the peak of sports,30 days of hypoxic training was conducted on June 1,2015,solstice 31,and the weight of the athletes was reduced by 10 kg.The course of XDL hypoxic training for swimmers was studied by means of literature,participation observation,interview and experiment.Results: during the training,we use respiratory quotient to find best athletes adipose offer can heart rate and blood lactic acid,interval corresponding to define fat power range with respiratory quotient,breathing business has a value of 0.7 to 0.75,respiratory quotient value in training of the training load intensity is the range of fat for energy,respiratory quotient within the range of 0.7 to 0.75 this will have a fat power optimal point and has a great guiding significance in sports training practice.Conclusions:1.during the whole training,hypoxia training mainly run and bicycle training,training of respiratory quotient is about 0.75,the corresponding training early heart rate is 135 b/min,with the augmentation of the athletes aerobic capacity and adapt to the body,training the late corresponding heart rate of 140 b/min.2.the training content low oxygen mainly bike,treadmill,often oxygen is given priority to with swimming,strength training,hypoxia training mode in the whole training for 4168 min,accounting for 73% of the total training time;Through swimming training,1176 min was carried out in the whole training,accounting for 20%.The method of strength training was carried out for 376 min,accounting for 7% of the total training.3.During the weight reduction period of XDL,a total of 10 kg was lost,among which the fat decreased by 6.6kg,accounting for 66%,muscle and water accounted for 16.5% and 1.65 kg respectively,and inorganic salt,protein and other indicators accounted for 1% and 0.1kg respectively.During the whole training process,the swimmer XDL lost 6.6kg of fat,indicating that the hypoxic training arrangement had a significant effect on weight loss.4.During the physiological period of xu DL,there was no significant weight loss effect and no significant change in weight.5.It was found that the simulated hypoxic 2400 m combined with 1.7mmol/L of blood lactate had a very good weight loss effect during the athletes’ fat reduction process.
