The focus of the new curriculum reform lies in classroom teaching,and the new trend of classroom teaching research is focused on core literacy and authentic problem solving.Learning to cooperate has become one of the most important literacy which is internationally accepted,and as a mature teaching method and teaching strategy system,cooperative learning can provide ways for the cultivation of literacy.Based on the fact that teachers and researchers do not put enough emphasis on the difficulty of cooperation tasks in practice and research so that the practice of cooperative learning often stay on the surface and cannot maximize its effectiveness,this study takes the excellent task of cooperative learning as the break through point to design cooperative learning class,and expect to make cooperative learning work to a greater extent.This study will focus on the core issue of "How to Design Teaching Cooperative Learning in Accordance with the Excellence Task",and divide the cooperative learning design into four aspects:objective description,task analysis,method selection and combination,and overall consideration.In order to make expectations for learning outcomes,instructional design should be guided by the goal.To achieve excellent cooperative learning,the objective description point to the development of core literacy,implement by the subject literacy training,focus on problem-solving literacy training in the design,emphasize the cognitive areas of academic dimension,and complete by writing the general teaching objectives and then enriching the objective components in writing;after determining the objectives,the learning task is analyzed in three steps:clear tasks,clear standards and classify the tasks and the determinate of teaching approach,according to the classification of task and the fractional results of the task,teachers can determine the excellence of tasks and choose the appropriate teaching approach;Based on the objectives and tasks characteristics,along with the consideration of the function of the cooperative approach,select the cooperative learning methods to organize teaching activities;Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the excellent cooperative learning,consider overall from two aspects:the group building and classroom management.Teachers can group students according to the selected method and strategy,promote the group building and guarantee classroom management by the establishment of long-term cooperation group and group culture and class rules,and the training of social interaction skills,and implementation of dynamic classroom management.
