In his short but extraordinary life,Shicen Li paid attention to the interpretation of Western modern philosophy,the transformation of traditional education ideas,and the study of aesthetic education and art education.Shicen Li's aesthetic education and art educational thought is a distinctly important part of philosophy thought,which can be traced to the same origin with his propose "philosophy of Life".His aesthetic education thought can be described as "the life aesthetic education" thought.Shicen Li advocated that adapt to the full development of human nature through aesthetic education,to achieve the real meaning of "real person." Shicen Li's life aesthetic education thought take "The cultivation of beautiful sentiments" as the original meaning,put forward his own unique aesthetic education theory,that is,"Aesthetic education originates from the stimulation of beauty,and becomes the life of beauty.Reach the beauty of the road of life by integrated development." In his life aesthetic education system,aesthetic education is the only way to cultivate emotion,set goals,enlighten thought and shape personality.This article will research Shicen Li's life esthetic education thought in the following three aspects,including:Firstly,connotation of Shicen Li's life aesthetic education thought.Secondly,formation of Shicen Li's life aesthetic education thought.Thirdly,appraisal Shicen Li's life esthetic education thought.The connotation of Shicen Li' s life aesthetic education thought includes three aspects.Firstly,the original meaning of aesthetic education is the cultivation of sentiment.First of all,he thinks that aesthetic education is a kind of emotion education.He divides beauty into natural beauty,human beauty,and art beauty.Beauty is the necessity of human nature,and the stimulation of beauty is the beginning of aesthetic activity.Secondly,the status of aesthetic education higher than other education.Shicen Li transformed Schiller's view of "Beauty is good",and put forward the theory of "Save good with beauty".At the same time,he also explains and supplements the theory of aesthetic education and other education of Konrad Lange,and puts forward that aesthetic education is the highest spiritual activity.Thirdly,the function and purpose of aesthetic education is to express life,to create "real person",to pursue the realm of aesthetic and life,to achieve perfect life.The term "expression of life" plays a very important role in his life aesthetic education thought,and he thinks that the essence of art is the expression of life,including the scholar's intellectual desire,the children's game impulse,the poet's sentimentality and so on,which belong to the forms of life.He also believes that the vocation of art is to save life,the transformation and perfection of the personality nature.Shicen Li thinks that aesthetic education can make people find themselves,to find the inner real appeal and the value of life through the cultivation of beauty,to lead to the ultimate perfect life.The formation of Shicen Li's life aesthetic education thought Influenced by the trend of the times,personal experiences,and his philosophical thoughts and educational thoughts.Shicen Li studied in Japan at early years,visited to Europe and other countries to study the experience of Western philosophy in 1925 makes Shicen Li deeply aware the urgency of Chinese social reform and the improving the quality of the people.Shicen Li is not only the constructor of the life aesthetic education,but also the communicator and practitioner of this idea.Through publishing articles,setting up magazines,and holding speeches,Shicen Li has widely spread his ideas on the life aesthetic education and has caused great repercussions among young students.Shicen Li also criticized the various educational thoughts of the society at that time.He objected education becoming lifeless,advocating Rousseau's idea of free education and paying attention to the development of nature.And he also thinks that the development prospect of the art education trend will have more remarkable growth and advancement than other education.Although Shicen Li's life aesthetic education thought has obvious social limitation,but at that time,it is still the historical opinions in the history of Chinese aesthetic education.It is the combination of Chinese traditional philosophy and aesthetic education thought with the Western advanced philosophy idea.And "People-oriented","to be a real person" and "express life" in Shicen Li's life aesthetic education thought have great significance,which is an indispensable guiding ideology to promote quality education and integrated development education in the new era.
