Research On The Development Of Football Activities In Some Schools With Special Football Characteristics In Nanchang

Under the guidance of the Ministry of Education,the National Youth Campus Football campaign is a nationwide non-profit football promotion,aiming at improving the physical fitness of teenagers and cultivating the spirit of persistence and team work among youngsters.Therefore,developing broadly football sports and popularizing knowledge as well as skills of football cross major elementary and secondary schools in the country,in order to form the China Youth soccer training back-up mode which is mainly based on schools,with the combination of sport and education.Campus football may be an important means to change the backward features of Chinese football,so the author has participated in investigating the status quo of campus football in some characteristic schools in Nanchang City,and on this basis has discussed improvement measures,which have theoretical and practical significance.First of all,with the help of expert interview,the paper first discusses and outlines the correct direction or strategic choice of campus football in China,and clarifies the relevant theoretical issues of campus football.Then,by means of questionnaires,this paper makes a thorough investigation of the development of several representative football characteristics schools in Nanchang city,and finds out the shortcomings of Nanchang's campus football by comparing with the macro theory of campus football obtained by expert interviews.Finally,the paper puts forward the strategies of further perfecting campus football.Through survey analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.While “bigger denominator grasps popularization”,we must “strengthen the organization to improve”.Only by implementing the principle of popularization and improvement,can campus football play a greater role.2.there are some misunderstandings in the campus football work of Nanchang characteristic schools: managers and coaches do not have a unified understanding of the development strategy on campus football at the theoretical level,and their practical level hovers between popularization and improvement.As a result,the overall progress of campus football activities in Nanchang is not ideal.3.there are many problems in the campus football work of Nanchang characteristic schools: the development of each school in Nanchang is uneven,thedevelopment of urban area and surrounding counties is different,the popularization work of football entering into classrooms,class leagues,and campus football culture construction,etc.In general,the work is not ideal;the lack of site equipment limits the development of campus football activities;there are differences among coaches in different schools.Coaches' teaching level and cognitive level of football are different;the age of the football team is unreasonable,and the training quality is not high;the number of football teams participating in the competition is relatively small;the contradiction between young people's cultural knowledge learning and sports training still needs to be further solved;the number of football fields is still insufficient and the quality of the turf needs to be improved.According to the conclusions above,the followings are recommended1.Campus football in Nanchang needs to further unify the ideological understanding and develop domestic strategies,also needs to be integrated into the trend of the national campus football and firmly selects growing path.2.Campus football in Nanchang should be combined with the actual situation in this region,and seek breakthroughs on specific problems while getting into the developing trend of the national campus football,such as the funding of school representative team,the effective encouragement to coaches and so on.3.Campus football in Nanchang needs to be finely operated in the following aspects: making scientific and systematic training outline,dividing members into representative teams according to age,and strictly following the training outline;it is necessary to distinguish between popularizing and improving the knowledge learning of teenagers;Regularly organizing training for sports teachers or sports coaches,so as to renew their ideas,improve their professional skills,and provide basic intellectual guarantee for the development of campus football activities.4.Campus football in Nanchang needs to make up for the following deficiencies:the construction of remote areas;popularizing the culture of campus football;improving the performance of the campus football teams in competition;regularizing the school class league matches and so on.
