Secondary vocational education is an important part of China's education system.The quality of its talent training will directly affect the ability of graduates to adapt to the society and the reputation of the school,and will also affect both the survival value and the enthusiasm for education services of teachers.Music education in secondary vocational schools is an important content of training and improving the comprehensive quality of students.Nevertheless,music education in Secondary Vocational School in Huaibin County recently shows problems such as the uncertainty of training objectives,the lack of scientificity on curriculum design,the obsolescence of teaching methods and the imperfection of teaching evaluation.Correctly deal with the problems facing,adhere to the "employment as the guidance,take the student as this,with ability as the core" of the concept of vocational education,aiming at huai bin county secondary vocational school students and the differences of the diversity of social demand,his paper proposes the implementation of the hierarchical teaching mode,and strives to promote the maximum development of each student's ability in music`.This paper starts with the current investigation and problem analysis of music education in Huaibin County secondary vocational school,Guided by the Syllabus for the Art Course in Secondary Vocational Schools that issued by the Ministry of Education and combined with my experience of three-year supporting education,this thesis researches and discusses the necessity and feasibility of implementing stratified teaching in music education of Secondary Vocational School in Huaibin County and puts forward corresponding strategies for the three levels of teaching implementation,which starts from the present investigation and problem analysis of music education in Secondary Vocational Schools in Huaibin County.Part One is the introduction which elaborates the subject selection reasons,theoretical basis and research significance,domestic and international research summary,concept definition,and research method about “Stratified Teaching of Music Education in Secondary Vocational School in Huaibin County”.Part Two analyzes the current situation and problems of music education in Secondary Vocational School in Huaibin County and puts forward my solutions from four aspects: training objectives,curriculum design,teaching methods and teaching evaluation.Part Three clarifies the necessity of implementing stratified teaching of music education in Secondary Vocational School in Huaibin County from three aspects: the particularity of the student individual,differences on interests and ambitions of students,and diversity of social demand.Part Four summarizes the practices on the implementation of stratified teaching of music education in Secondary Vocational School in Huaibin County from the three aspects such as the feasibility of stratified teaching so that the feasibility of stratified teaching is analyzed,the scheme is proposed and the implementation opinions are given.Part Five shows the summary of my experience of supporting education and concepts put forward in terms of the in-depth studies of the present thesis.
