The extensive demand for talents and the rapid development of secondary vocational education in the economic society have put forward new requirements for the teaching reform of secondary vocational education.How to reform the teaching mode,methods and means and improve the quality of education and teaching according to the characteristics of students,specialties and the needs of social talents has become an important task for secondary vocational educators.Stratified teaching mode is conducive to individualized education for students by activating students' learning enthusiasm to a greater extent and effectively cultivating students' professional skills and thinking ability so as to effectively improve the quality and effect of teaching.This paper makes a systematic analysis and research on the implementation of stratified teaching in basic art courses in secondary vocational schools.It introduces the theoretical basis,characteristics and significance of stratified teaching.Having analyzed the common problems existing in the teaching of art in secondary vocational schools based on the research on the current teaching situation of art in secondary vocational schools,it expounds the necessity of implementing stratified teaching.Taking the course of Pattern Design as an example,this paper systematically expounds the preparation and requirements,design principles and teaching strategies of stratified teaching.By applying the rules and methods,this paper analyses and demonstrates the practical effect of art stratification teaching in secondary vocational schools.
