Research On The Management Mode Of Music Clubs In Secondary Vocational Schools In Qingdao

China’s Ministry of Education has adjusted the current traditional examination-oriented education model,hoping to improve the overall quality of students in order to better meet the needs of China’s social development.Art education is also becoming more and more important in middle vocational schools.Strengthening and using art education can allow students to be affected by the positive impact of moral education in the subtle.Music teachers in a secondary vocational school are obliged to assume the responsibility of art education for secondary vocational schools.At present,most of the academic research is to explore the teaching methods and understanding of teachers’ teaching in higher vocational colleges,but few people study secondary vocational schools,especially the music community management.With the national education gradually pay attention to music teaching,music community has an important role as a student’s art platform.The extensive activities of the music community can create a harmonious campus culture,significantly improve the students’ ideological and moral quality,business quality,imagination,creativity and other comprehensive quality.Practice and exercise of music club can cultivate sentiment,purify the mind,cultivate aesthetics,which is conducive to the improvement of students’ moral quality.One of the main purposes of secondary vocational education is to cultivate professional talents with moral and aesthetic qualities.The role of music education is to help people improve the quality of these two aspects,which in theory and reality are very meaningful.This paper systematically puts forward the management mode and path prospect of college student music community construction through the study of the basic concept and theoretical summary of the students’ music society.This paper also analyzes the current situation of the development of students’ music associations in some secondary vocational schools in QingDao and the reasons of their problems,taking the music society of ShanDong Province Light Industry Engineering School as an example,This paper analyzes the concept connotation of college students’ music association in detail.Through the comparison with the general college community,the paper analyzes the common points and differences between the two,and abstracts the general function and special function of college students’ music associations.Based on the above concepts,thepaper analyzes the music community of secondary vocational schools in QingDao.This paper designed a questionnaire to carry out a typical investigation on the music society of ShanDong Province Light Engineering Engineering School which is representative in the city.The survey covers the types of students’ music associations,the scale of development,the motives of participation,the development of activities,the development of societies and the management of societies.The paper has carried on the thorough analysis on the basis of careful investigation of the results of the questionnaire.Thirdly,based on the investigation and analysis of the music societies of ShanDong Light Industry Engineering School,this paper draws on the advantages of the four management models from the aspects of time management,cost management,communication management and human resource management,and comprehensively improves the overall structure of the society,from the organizational structure,project management,objectives and planning,implementation and control of four aspects.Based on the above management model,the paper designed the practice activities of the music community,and puts forward some effective suggestions on how to make the internal and external management more professional,standard and enrich the content and form of the activities and increase the funding source.Finally,the last part expounded the advantages and disadvantages of this paper objectively,advocated secondary vocational schools to give full attention to the music community,include the development and management of the music community in the blueprint for school development with the organization and management of the music community to explore the line suited to their own development.
