Study On The Causes And Countermeasures Of Frequently Occurring Violence In Middle School

Violence in middle school has attracted attention from the entire society.School violence mainly refers to violence and confrontation between students,teachers and students,and people outside school and students & teachers,or someone’s bullying others,or violent,bullying,harmful behaviors done on purpose within or around the school,which do harm to the body,spirit,or property.Nowadays,school violence features weak victim,cruel violent measures,younger bully,and uneasily discovered violent behavior.The frequently occurring school violence has influenced social stability and harmonious development,bringing great challenges to the education and management work of the school.Meanwhile,it harms the family of the bully and the victim,even harming the psychological health of the middle school students.The causes of the frequently occurring violence in middle school are diverse.By issuing questionnaire to and interviewing the students in Luji NO.1 Middle School in Huaibin County,and reading relevant materials,the author believes that the main causes of frequently occurring violence in middle school are social environment,family,school and the psychological features of middle school students who are the age of puberty.To solve this problem and create a good environment for the students’ growth and study,the attention of the entire society on the damage of school violence should be increased: Improve legislation of school security,cut off the transmission path of violence culture,optimize Internet and media environment,establish and improve the institutional system of juvenile protection and punishment,strengthen the sense of responsibility of the guardian,and execute guardian accountability system;second,it is necessary to strengthen the standardized management of moral education in middle school: strengthen the legal education in school,cultivate the legal sense of both teachers and students,improve moral education,cultivate the relationship between teachers and students,strengthen the standardized management of school,and build a harmonious school;finally,increase the pertinence of safety education in family: the parents or guardian of the students need to take the responsibility.The parents should take the initiate to communicate with their children,take self-protection as the important content of family education,and emphasize the cultivation of good family tradition and rules;students are the subject of school violence,so they need to be guided to increase quality and moral level: increase self-control ability,cultivate the ability to tell right from wrong,correctly handle different interpersonal relations,and cultivate the consciousness of respect and equality.The frequently occurring school violence is so serious that the whole society must pay attention to it.To solve this social problem,the government,school,family and student must cooperate with each other to come up with measures to eradicate violence in middle school.
