China's youth women's volleyball team is a second-tier team of the national Women's Volleyball Team and is a reserve force for the women's volleyball team.The research object of this paper is the second-line team of China's women's volleyball reserve forces.This study was conducted through the "2017 national Youth Women's Volleyball Training" for athletes to perform 80.8 nerve type tests.Athletes' neural types influence the development of their athletic ability to a great extent.In particular,volleyball players must have targeted special training.Each special seat has its own neurological features that match the characteristics of the special position.In the process of selecting and cultivating outstanding athletes,athletes can play their own potential in their proper special position,in which the role of nerve types can not be ignored.The characteristics of neural types of excellent young women's volleyball players in China were analyzed through literature and data methods,expert interviews,test methods,mathematical statistics,and logic analysis methods.A comprehensive analysis of functional status,brain functional characteristics,and nerve type distribution characteristics led to the following conclusions:(1)At present,the ranks of young women's volleyball teams in China are relatively mature,with an average age of 18.8.At the same time,80% of athletes are above the age of 18(including 18 years of age).(2)The average training period for young women's volleyball players in China is 4.48 years.The growth of brain function during the 2nd,4th,and 6th years of the training for athletes has increased significantly.In the 9th to 10 th years of training,athletes' brain function development has been developed.becoming steady.(3)The developmental status of brain function of Chinese young women's volleyball players is in line with the development of their peers.The level of cerebral cortical functioning,to a certain extent,is compatible with the required brain function of volleyball.(4)The conversion rate of the excitatory and inhibitory processes of the cerebral cortex of the internal second pass of China's elite young women's volleyball players is faster,followed by the main attack and the secondary attack.The level of nerve excitement that our country's elite young women's volleyball players mainly attack is high,followed by second pass.(5)China's outstanding young women's volleyball players accounted for 45.83% of the 1-4 types that met the characteristics of athletes' nerve types.They did not fit the athletes' nerve type characteristics and accounted for 34.17%.To a certain extent,it reflected the distribution of the overall nerve types of elite young women's volleyball players in China.More in line with the athlete's nerve type requirements.(6)The distribution of nerve types in China's elite young women's volleyball players in line with their respective positions is basically in a medium proportion,in which the characteristics of the sub-attack nerve types meet the requirements of the special features,followed by the main attack,collusion,second pass,and free man.In particular,there are fewer free-agent athletes who meet the specific neurological types.suggest:(1)Volleyball coaches should pay attention to athletes' functional ability issues at the age of 15 and pay attention to their psychological growth.It is also recommended that coaches train their full skills before they reach the age of 15.After the athlete is 15 years old,it gradually determines its special position,and it is more capable of doing its part.Taking into account the characteristics of the type of nerve to arrange the athletes to a suitable special position,so that the athletes play a greater potential.(2)In the second,fourth and sixth year of the athletes' system training,the coaches timely guide and adjust the special position.nerve type test analysis was performed,and the features of nerve types were combined with the athletes' own performance,making the athlete's individual ability and special position appropriate and development smoother.(3)In the process of fostering excellence,attention should be paid to the characteristics of the athlete's special neurological type,and timely adjustments should be made according to the existing athletes.The main attack is suitable for the stability type,the auxiliary attack is suitable for the flexible type,the connection is between the stable type and the flexible type,the second transmission is suitable for the meta-stable type,and the free type is suitable for the flexible type.(4)Coaches should pay attention to the methods and methods of personality training with different neurological characteristics in the process of training and coaching.Reasonable guidance and training as well as language and action stimulation should be conducted during,during,before,during,and after the game.
