In 2019,the Chinese women’s volleyball team rushed to the top of the Women’s Volleyball World Cup and won the tenth championship in the history of Chinese women’s volleyball team.The reason why the Chinese women’s volleyball team stands on top of the world is due to the achievements of my country’s competitive volleyball team construction and reserve talent training under the national system;the youth women’s volleyball team,as an important link in the construction of my country’s women’s volleyball team,plays an important role,decision and influence.The quality and level of my country’s women’s volleyball team.With the continuous development of competitive volleyball,more stringent and extensive strength and technical requirements have been put forward for athletes.Strength is the basis of various physical fitness and sports.Strength is the basis of reaction,speed,endurance,flexibility,coordination and other qualities,which directly affects the improvement of athletes’ technical and tactical level.As a comprehensive competitive sport,competitive volleyball requires athletes to have higher strength qualities.Strength training is the basis of physical training.It comprehensively and systematically analyzes and researches the strength characteristics and training methods of current young women’s volleyball players in my country,summarizes,combs,and summarizes the strength training methods of my country’s youth women’s volleyball team,and clarifies the current special events of my country’s youth women’s volleyball team.The characteristics of strength quality and training methods are of great significance for my country’s youth women’s volleyball team to further improve the physical training level and maintain the level of my country’s women’s volleyball competition.The research mainly uses literature data method,observation method,testing method,mathematical statistics method,and logical analysis method to investigate,analyze and research the special strength characteristics and training methods of my country’s youth women’s volleyball team.The main research results are as follows(1)Volleyball players need good lower limb explosive power: longitudinal explosive power allows athletes to jump higher,and multi-directional movement explosive power allows athletes to move faster.At the same time,it has good core area stability and explosive power,not only the flexion and extension force of the core area,but also the rotation stability and explosive force of the core area.The upper body shoulder-elbow-wrist-refers to the explosive force of the spiking and arm swing.(2)my country’s youth women’s volleyball players have poor overall lower limb explosive power.The total mean value of lower limb longitudinal explosive power conversion score is 18 points,and each special position is ranked: main attack>reception>freeman>secondary attack>second pass;the explosive power of lower limb movement in multiple directions still needs to be further improved,the total average conversion score is 49 points,and each position is ranked : Freeman>Main Attack>Second Pass>Secondary Attack>Reception,but the secondary attack and response players need to be strengthened: the core area and upper limbs are generally insufficient in explosive power.The total average conversion score is 61.5 points.The ranking of each special position: Reception>Main attack> Setter>Freeman> Deputy Attack.The scores of various indicators are quite different,which reflects the uneven development of the special strength quality of my country’s youth women’s volleyball team.(3)In terms of the vertical explosive power of lower limbs,the explosive power of lower limbs multi-directional movement,the core area and the explosive power of upper limb swinging,the Chinese youth women’s volleyball team in 2020 is higher than the 2019 youth women’s volleyball team,and the vertical explosive power of lower limbs has been significantly improved(P<0.05),The explosive power of lower limbs multi-directional movement,the explosive power of the core area and the upper limb swing were significantly improved(P<0.01).(4)The strength training of my country’s youth women’s volleyball team is mainly based on traditional resistance training.The training focuses on improving the strength of the lower limbs.The strength of the core area of the human body and the body strength are relatively less involved.At the same time,weight-bearing training is most commonly used,with barbells,barbell plates,and dumbbell equipment as the main equipment.Training equipment such as elastic bands,wave speed balls,and kettlebells are less involved.(5)Characteristics of lower limb strength training: mainly for athletes’ hip,knee and ankle longitudinal extension training.Single sagittal plane training of the lower limbs involves more,multi-directional training such as the frontal plane and rapid lower limb contraction training are less involved,and hip abduction training Almost nothing involved.(6)The characteristics of strength training in the core area of the human body: the main body is torso flexion and extension training,and the stability,rotational strength,explosive force and muscle coordination of the core area need to be strengthened.(7)The characteristics of upper limb strength training: mainly the muscles of the shoulder,back,chest,and upper arms,the small muscles of the wrist and shoulder are trained,and the explosive training is insufficient.Systemic strength is dominated by explosive longitudinal sagittal movements in which the muscles of the whole body are coordinated and exerted,and Olympic lifts are used more frequently.
