Living Governance Of F Community Under The Background Of Wusheliandong

As the term "social governance" has been widely mentioned at the macro level,community governance at the micro level has increasingly become the focus of government attention.The nineteen major reports of the party profoundly clarify that the major contradictions in our society have changed,which,in a sense,highlights the important role of the social work professionals in meeting the needs of the people's diversified society.The government's purchase of social worker services has become one of the main ways to provide social services and community governance.This article takes the living management of the F community as the research object.It is a new concept of social governance.It takes the social public's daily life as the background of governance and the social public needs as the starting point.It takes the public democracy to participate in the process of governance,empowers the people,nurture self-government consciousness,excavate the potential of autonomy,form the public and form the public.The social governance model which is highly consistent with the daily life will eventually improve the public's daily living environment,improve the public life level,and guide the public to reacquaint and construct the meaning of life.Through the detailed description of the internal structure,function and development of its goals,platforms and tools,the connotation of life oriented governance is explored.Through six months' participatory observation and a large number of in-depth interviews,based on first-hand information,the author makes a case study on the living management practice of F community,and finds out the following problems in the process of living management:first,the social workers,the number and structure of the staff,and the professional recruitment.It is difficult to engage and the professional ability needs further improvement.Two.In terms of platform construction,the distribution of venues is uneven,the utilization rate is insufficient,and the venues are not fully functional.Three.There are problems of the right and responsibility boundary and the imperfect coordination mechanism in the relation of all parties.Four,in the interaction with the residents,there is a low degree of participation of the residents,and the problem of the dislocation of the supply and demand of service.At the end of the article,some suggestions are given on the following points:first,improve the mechanism of service supply and demand:with the help of government power,strengthen the ability of grid service management,carry out the living management,improve the quality of the service of the good neighborly living room;secondly,improve the power of resource planning:give full play to the autonomy of the service body and increase the autonomy of the service subject.Strong capital acquisition ability,close cooperation with colleges and universities,use of high quality and low cost talent resources,actively build community service brand;finally,refine and improve service agreements.In a word,the purpose of this paper is to explore the micro level of governance practice and its concept through case study,and to further clarify the problems,find out the relevant suggestions,and ultimately promote the overall optimization of social governance at the community level,and provide a solid foundation for the present generation of macro social governance.
