Research On Social Work Service Of Mobile Children In Svillage Of Shenzhen

Since the reform and opening up,the economic level of China's first tier cities has been unprecedented development.A large number of economically backward rural areas have poured into the big cities with economically developed cities,the population of the migrant workers in the rural areas,that is,the floating population in the academic community.At the beginning of the reform and opening to the outside world,the model of the floating population in our country was mainly for the youth to go out,but with the development of the society,the migration pattern of the floating population changed from single to family,so the number of the floating children is also increasing.Migrant children are part of the floating population,and the floating children in the initial stage of reform and opening up have not received the attention of all sectors of society.However,in recent years,more and more scholars have begun to pay attention to urban migrant children.This article takes the village of S in Shenzhen as an example and combines the social work service project of the migrant children in S village in the summer period.Through the study of the literature,the analysis of the actual cases,the observation and interview of the living conditions of the mobile children,this paper explores the difficulties in the social work involved in the service of the mobile children.The article is divided into four parts,the first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the origin,purpose,significance,literature review and research methods,the overview of related theories,the theoretical basis of this paper and the definition of related concepts.The second part mainly expounds the status of the social work organization and the mobile children support system in the village of S in Shenzhen.This part introduces the basic situation of S village,and then expounds the service institutions of the village,and describes the status of the supporting system for the floating children in the village,and the description of the three points can be made.We understand the basic situation of migrant children in S village and social work services.The third part is the case analysis of the service demand and social work intervention of the mobile children in the village of S in Shenzhen.This part first analyzes the service demand of the migrant children in the village,and then analyses the specific cases of the social work involved in the migrant children in the village,and combines the above two points to derive the questions described in the fifth chapters.Question.The fourth chapter is the existing problems and suggestions in the social work service of the mobile children in the village of S in Shenzhen.This part mainly points out that the social workers' professional literacy is not high,the social workers and parents lack communication,the social workers are too fast,the service field and resources are limited,and the government supervision is not in place.It also puts forward some suggestions on enhancing the service consciousness of the social workers,raising the attention of the government departments,absorbing the talents widely,and innovating the mode and concept of the innovation service institutions.Finally,this paper makes a summary and prospect.The innovation point of this paper is to use cases to analyze the current situation of the social work service of the mobile children,explore the difficulties of the social work service of the mobile children and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,which has great practical value and significance to the development of the social work service for the village floating children in the city.
