The Research And Reflection On The Status Quo Of Government Purchasing Social Service

Government purchasing social work service is a new mode of social service and social governance innovation in our country.It is also a developing tendency of our country to provide the public service in the future.The government purchase of social services is conducive not only to enhance the government to provide high quality service for the people to improve the quality of people’s life and social welfare,but also can promote the cultivation and development of non government organizations,should vigorously implement and advocate at the present stage.Government purchase has already appeared in many cities in our country,but the level of development is uneven.Beijing is a striking example of this,but the government purchase of social service is still in the primary stage of development,but it has brought no small impact to people’s life,especially in social institutions,and the relevant government departments,and accept service object.This paper discusses the theory and the government purchase system,process,on the basis of Beijing and wind social firm social service project as an example,discusses the basic status of China’s current government purchases,including the purchase process,mechanism,analysis of key elements of the government purchase need to pay attention to from the characteristics of social work of the well,from the system itself and the operation of the two dimensions of government purchase in the presence of problems and areas for improvement,and give some suggestions to solve these problems.
