"Reducing the burden" has always been a mainstream discourse in China's education reform and practice.During the "two sessions," the Minister of Education called for "reducing the burden" at the press conference of the "two sessions." Teachers are the most direct and important interventionists in students' schoolwork,because teachers can become both a guide to students' pleasure,studious,and learnable,as well as students who are painstakingly tired of learning.Therefore,the situation of students' homework burden is closely related to the teachers' teaching quality,and to some extent the teaching quality is determined by the teaching efficiency,so the teaching efficiency is the direct cause of the schoolwork burden.However,the teaching efficiency of teachers in our country is still not high.Therefore,"increasing efficiency and reducing burden" is the need to improve teachers' teaching efficiency.The purpose of this study is to increase the teaching efficiency of teachers in order to reduce the burden on students,and to provide a reference for relevant research and practice.The specific research is as follows:The first part: introduction.In the introduction part,it mainly defines the research background,the research purpose and the research content,determines the research significance and the research thought,selects the appropriate research method,The literature review is divided into "literature review on synergy" and "literature review on burden reduction".The second part: theoretical research.At first,the author defines six core concepts of "middle school in junior high school,efficiency,burden reduction,efficiency reduction,strategy and education source",and then establishes the theoretical perspective of this study,that is,"teaching efficiency theory" and "quality-oriented education theory".Finally,the research model is constructed on the basis of theoretical basis and literature analysis,and the internal and external argumentation of the logic of the research model is carried out.The third part: the burden of middle school teachers problem was synergistic and analysis.Through the first 1 middle school was in charge of teaching the 5 senior White principals and teacher interviews,and repeatedly on the headmaster conducted telephone interviews to some teachers' classroom teaching atmosphere,teaching methods single,students is not high degree of concern and after long time of working;and its attribution analysis,namely,teaching the concept of alienation,sense of teaching efficiency is low,the lack of teaching ability and teaching strategy and operation quality is low.The fourth part: the practical strategy of increasing efficiency and reducing the burden of teachers in Yuyuan Middle School.Teaching concepts include "top-level design,friendly leadership";teaching beliefs include setting "reasonable high expectations" and motivating students like "fishing";teaching knowledge,The teaching ability and teaching strategy include "sharing wisdom;preparing lessons collectively,effective and effective;demonstration radiation,leading by famous teachers;green blue project,forming echelon;lifelong learning" and other strategies belonging to teachers' professional knowledge and ability.The fifth part: the research enlightenment.The practical strategies adopted by Yuyuan Middle School are also from five aspects: teaching concept,belief,knowledge,ability and strategy.Therefore,in order to achieve efficiency and reduce the burden of junior high school teachers,we need to "take the idea as the guide,establish a new teaching concept;take the belief as the motive force,set up the high expectation value;take the knowledge as the core,optimize the schoolwork burden;take the ability and the strategy as the grasp," To promote efficient teaching for teachers.The sixth part : lack and prospects of research.The main reasons are: the research model is not enough,the research method is not comprehensive enough and the research problem is not clear enough.Therefore,the prospect of this study is as follows: to perfect the research model,to expand the application of research methods and to investigate further research problems.
