Early childhood education is an important part of the development of education in the modern era.Britain's early childhood education is characterized by distinct characteristics,its early childhood education thought has gone through a relatively long period from germination to prosperity.The educational thinkers and reform practitioners that emerged in the process of evolution are of the concept of early childhood education in the United Kingdom.The development has made a positive contrition.This article hopes to understand the background and evolution of these educational ideas,and find the inspiration for the development and evolution of early childhood education thoughts.It can accumulate experience for the development of early childhood education in China.This article discusses the evolution of early childhood education in accordance with the time sequence of historical development,and focuses on educators' ideological theory and practical activities in different periods.Mainly using literature research,comparative analysis,factor analysis and other methods to study the evolution of early childhood education in England.The article introduction part,introduces the research purpose and method basis.The first chapter of the preschool education in modern England before the foundation and thought foundation are briefly analyzed.The second chapter is the embryonic stage of the evolution of modern British early childhood education thought,introduced the early childhood education thought under the early modern humanism;the third chapter is the development period of the British preschool education thought,mainly discussing Locke's education thought of the family gentleman and the early childhood education thought of Owen and Wilderspin,Owen founded the British first.In a kindergarten school,this article also hopes to further grasp the development of thought through practical activities,which is also a new era for early childhood education in the UK.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the Mcmillan sisters nursery school thought and Russell's liberalism preschool education thought,and introduces the influence of British preschool education in the evolution of foreign advanced young children during the same period.The fifth chapter mainly discusses the characteristics and Inspiration of the evolution of British early childhood education thought,trying to find realistic significance in the evolution of British early childhood education thought.
