The master of education in China has set up a master's degree in education since 1996 and began to recruit students in 1997.It has been over twenty years.Although the scale of Education Masters in China has been expanding continuously,many achievements have been made,but the quality of education postgraduates is still uneven,and there has not been a mature and complete training system.In order to improve the quality of full-time education masters,so that it can better adapt to the current situation of basic education reform in our country,need to understand the current situation of the full-time Master of education,to find out the status quo in the problem,improve the teaching quality of master of full-time education put forward reasonable and feasible solutions to the existing problems.Based on the review of the literature on the theory of total quality management,customer satisfaction theory and the management theory as the theoretical framework,mainly adopts questionnaire survey method,data analysis method and interview method to study full-time education master cultivation quality awareness research status.This article is conducted from two aspects,which are teachers' volume and student volume.In the survey,first is the survey of basic information of teachers and postgraduates,then the influence degree of teachers and postgraduates' own factors on graduate satisfaction and teachers' cognition of postgraduates.Finally,we find out the problem by comparing the degree of satisfaction and importance.Statistics by spss21.0 basic information for teachers and students,and then analyzes the influence factors on their satisfaction,the attribution analysis and comparative analysis,finally obtained the factors affecting students' and teachers' satisfaction and the importance of high-low satisfaction for index.On the basis of this,the problems and attributions of the training quality of full-time education master are found.Finally,from three aspects of the training unit level,the teacher level and the student level,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the training quality of the graduate students.
