In recent years,the country has vigorously developed secondary vocational education.In order to improve the quality of vocational education,large-scale curriculum reforms have been carried out,and many provinces and cities have successively launched large-scale secondary vocational education academic evaluation work.Along with innovative academic evaluation practice,many problems began to get people's attention,according the national secondary vocational education academic evaluation policy.What is included in the policy? How is the applicability of the policy? What are the problems with this policy? All of these issues have become the basic issues that should be solved in the study of academic evaluation policies for secondary vocational education.Based on these issues,the following researches have mainly been conducted:The first part is the preface.It discusses the research background,research status,the purpose and the significance of the research,and defines the core concepts of the research.In the second part,the history of the evaluation policy of secondary vocational education was sorted out to clarify the development process of the evaluation policy in China.Based on time,it was divided into three stages: the period of early PRC,the period of Reform and Opening-up,the twenty-first century.In the third part,the completeness of policy structural elements,the comprehensiveness of policy content,and the developmental of policy measures are taken as the criteria for the analysis of policy content of secondary vocational education academic evaluation,according to the content of educational policy analysis theory,education evaluation structure theory and developmental education evaluation theory.In the fourth part,analyzed the content of the academic evaluation policy for secondary vocational education of the three periods,in the terms of policy objectives,policy objects and policy measures.In the fifth part,put forward some suggestions for improving the contents of policy evaluation of secondary vocational education from the aspects of policy objectives,policy objects,and policy measures,in order to provide reference for future research and policy improvement.
