At present,the Chinese society is in the transition and reconstruction period,while the economic globalization continues to deepen with international communication enhancement.The contemporary high school students growth environment becomes more and more complicated because of the impact of different international culture,and the multiple network culture.In addition,the high school stage is the key period of high school students' growth,however,the moral personality of senior high school students there are a lot of problems,such as mental immaturity,impulsive,susceptible,negative attitude and so on.Therefore,it is the inevitable demand of the times to strengthen the moral personality education of high school students,and it is also the need to improve the moral personality of high school students.I try to study the moral personality of Chinese excellent traditional culture by the analysis of the essence of ancient personality education thought,and summarize the moral personality education of excellent traditional culture of our country.Then to present the ethical philosophy of national identity in macro level,and the personality style of advocating morality and harmony in micro level.The relationship between traditional culture and moral personality education has been analyzed in this thesis.First,Chinese traditional culture emphasizes the shaping of personality;Second,traditional culture plays a generative role in moral personality.Research on the content and relationship between traditional culture and moral personality education,this paper has found the agreement between them.And the situations of moral personality of senior high school students have been investigated in the attention of national conditions,the ideal value,family environment and school performance,respectively,by questionnaire and information retrieval.Finding out that the main problems are the ambiguity of moral sense,the diversity of moral value,the weakness of moral identity,and the difference of moral behavior.The mainly reasons of these problems are following: Frist,social: the impact of socialist market economy;Second,school: not paying enough attention to the traditional excellent cultural education;Third,family: the family do not pay enough attentions to the moral education of senior high school students;Fourth,individual: the lack of a clear understanding of the moral personality.Aiming at these problems,I put forward the realization path of moral personality education for high school students from the aspects of society,schools,families and individuals.Frist,social: creating a social atmosphere that appreciate moral personality education.The government should pay attention to the value guidance and the spirit,the media should improve the moral consciousness,and the public should enhance cultural awareness and confidence;Second,school: building the main position for moral education.To improve the teachers' moral personality,make full use of the new media of moral education,and take the excellent traditional culture into middle school classroom;Third,family: promoting the ethical value of the excellent traditional family rules.Pay attention to the words and deeds of their parents and establish a research team for family culture;Fourth,individual: high school students should strengthen the initiative of self-education and self-shaping,self-cultivation should begin from shame,inherit the moral cultivation methods and promote the improvement of moral cultivation in practice.
