Study On Social Work Participation In Urban Community Construction

In recent years,the quality of people's living standard and life along with the rapid development of China's economic and social to get the maximum amplitude of the increase of people is not only limited to the demand for food and clothing live line,but more emphasis on their own and the improvement of quality of family culture,the spirit world of the rich and the cultivation of interest in cultural entertainment.Urban community is a basic management unit of community construction in China and an important place and channel for residents to participate in community construction.The degree of urban residents' participation in community construction is an important standard and measure to measure the community construction and national development as well as the progress of social civilization.Now in a relatively developed city community more and more community residents begin to pay attention to out of our small family,into the community,began to more and more involved in community construction,pay more attention to the construction of harmonious and civilized community and keen to participate in the whole process of community building.With the development of the social work discipline and propulsion,professional social work and social workers more and more widely known and accepted by the society,in helping others,easing social conflicts and solving social problems has made remarkable achievements,in the community to carry out social work practice has also accumulated a considerable amount of experience and skill.The author in this paper also introduces the group work method in the application of urban residents to participate in community construction,and to solve specific community residents to participate in the case of insufficient in order to promote and facilitate residents participate in community construction scheme design and the development of the group activities,to facilitate a more clear and intuitive method for readers to present social work intervention in urban residents participate in community construction experience and practice.In order to better understand the social work intervention of the role of urban residents to participate in community construction,the author through nearly three months internship at hefei C community investigation,collection of the related literature at home and abroad,in view of the city residents to participate in community construction in the present situation and the problems that exist in the participation,from the perspective of social work,put forward feasible urban residents
