Pattern skip rope not only has an early origin,a long history,but also a sport that teenagers are very fond of.Compared with traditional rope skipping,its interest,athletics and good ornamental effect attract more and more students' attention and are willing to participate in it.In recent ten years,figure skipping has been widely carried out in primary and secondary schools in Beijing,and the classroom teaching form of skipping rope shows various characteristics.This paper through the investigation and statistics of the status of the primary school classroom teaching in Beijing City,rope skipping,rope skipping to the effect of classroom teaching evaluation of primary school in Beijing city as the starting point,and using the method of literature research,expert interviews,questionnaires,observation and other research methods,the rope skipping the effect of classroom teaching evaluation of Beijing city primary school the object,through the form of interview and questionnaire relevant experts on the 80 primary school in Beijing City Sunshine Sports skipping game of the 2017 primary school teachers and students,skipping field survey,visit.This paper investigates and analyzes the scientific and effective evaluation of the teaching effect evaluation of Beijing's primary school figure skipping class,as well as the feasibility of assessment methods.1,there are more teaching contents and rich types of teaching in Beijing primary school.From the aspects of classroom teaching,students' learning performance,teaching site utilization and classroom learning effect,the teaching effect of Beijing skipping rope skipping class shows a good form.2,Evaluation of the effect of classroom teaching,skipping 2 primary school in Beijing city is not optimistic,mainly reflected in: pay attention to the evaluation results too much,neglect the whole evaluation process;evaluation criteria,objective evaluation time is not reasonable;the evaluation results can not be timely feedback;lack of specialized evaluation index etc..3,According to the present situation of the survey and the classroom teaching in combination with pattern jumping rope,the opinions of the experts are analyzed and summarized.The final determination: teaching preparation,teaching process and teaching effect is the first grade index of the evaluation of the effect of Beijing primary school style jump rope class teaching.The decomposition of teaching preparation,teaching contents,teaching principles,teaching procedures,teaching organization,teacher-student interaction,classroom atmosphere,students master the skills of 23 level two indexes,respectively on the various indicators for further refinement,to develop a standard primary school skipping teaching efficiency evaluation of Beijing city.This evaluation standard will play a great role in promoting the classroom teaching of Beijing primary school and the evaluation ofclassroom teaching effect.4,during the evaluation of teaching effect of Beijing primary school figure skipping class,evaluation should run through the whole classroom teaching process.School and figure skipping teachers should pay attention to the evaluation index with high weight,so that we should have targeted,primary and secondary evaluation.Constantly improve the quality of the evaluation of the effect of pattern jump rope teaching,and maintain the development and improvement of the evaluation index in the actual evaluation process.
