| This article USES the literature material method,expert interview and questionnaire survey,research on current situation of wuhan sports college figure jump rope course,expatiates the current figure rope skipping the curriculum design of wuhan institute of physical education present situation,analyzes the deficiencies and defects,and put forward targeted to the problem of the corresponding optimization strategy,to promote the rope skipping talent cultivation pattern,provide a reference for sports colleges and universities to carry out the figure jump rope course design.The research conclusions are as follows:1.At present,the course of figure rope skipping in Wuhan Institute of Physical Education pays more attention to the change of mind,the cultivation of theory and technical movements,as well as the improvement of physical quality and teamwork ability;The course content mainly includes the basic theory of figure rope skipping,technical movements and rope skipping games.Emphasize the teaching of technical movements and the design of teaching activities in the course implementation;The content of course evaluation mainly includes ordinary grades,technical grades and theoretical grades.The evaluation method is mainly terminal evaluation,and the evaluation subject is the teacher.2.There are the following deficiencies in the course design of Figure Rope Skipping in Wuhan Institute of Physical Education :(1)The course objective positioning is not clear and the course objective is not effective;(2)The course content is relatively simple,and the course is out of touch with the social reality;(3)Irrational allocation of class hours and irregular design of curriculum activities;(4)The course evaluation method and subject are relatively single,the evaluation content is not comprehensive,and the evaluation index is not clear.3.In view of the above deficiencies,the following optimization strategies are proposed :(1)The specific objectives of the course of figure rope skipping should be to improve students’ knowledge and skills,cultivate positive emotions,attitudes and values,enhance employment competitiveness and the sense of identity of rope skipping;(2)Optimize the course content from the basic theory,technical movements and practical skills of figure rope skipping;(3)Make a scientific and reasonable allocation of class hours and optimize teaching activities from the teaching plan design according to the learning rules and project characteristics.(4)Develop specific curriculum evaluation index system,enrich evaluation methods and expand evaluation subjects to optimize curriculum evaluation. |
