Research On Cultivation Of Positive Psychological Traits For College Party Members

As the primary reserve base for the youth party members in China,colleges and universities have trained a batch of newborn forces to supply fresh blood for the Communist Party of China.The health for college party members,especially psychological and mental health,will directly affect the development of the Communist Party of China as well as the People's Republic of China.It is of great practical significance to build a healthy,active and motivated college party member team that reflects the style and characteristics of the Chinese Communist Party.However,today is in the age of big data in social transformation and high-speed transfer of information.It brings multi-culture and multi-value to affect college students in positive or negative ways.For college party members whose values are being formed and stabilized,those multi-culture and multi-value will bring a lot of impact and test to their cognition and emotion,and also will have an impact on their world outlook,outlook on life and values.Therefore,the study of positive psychological traits of college party members will help promote party members teams with healthier and more positive from source,guide college party members to realize their own potential when they positively face realistic conflicts and challenges.According to their potential,they will positively actively improve the ideological level and political consciousness,strengthen communist belief,so as to promote the improvement of the overall quality of the party members.The paper has five parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,the significance of the topic and the review of foreign literature and domestic literature.And based on this introduction,this part introduces main content of the study,research methods and so on.The second part is an overview of the positive psychological quality of college party members and theoretical origins.Combining with current characteristics of college party members,the paper reveals the conception of positive psychological traits for college party members and explains what are positive psychological traits of college party members.Meanwhile,in order to illustrate the theoretical foundation for fostering college party members,this part describes the study of Marxist theory of human science,positive psychology research on positive personality traits and Chinese traditional culture on human virtues.Based on the result of self-made questionnaire survey and Individual interviews,the third part introduces the current status of the development of positive psychological quality of college party members.The survey and conversation shows that the overall development of positive psychological traits of the current college party members is in good condition,but some of them are lack of profound understanding of positive psychological traits,lack of awareness of the role of party members and lack of collectivist spirit.At the same time,compared with ordinary college students,the results reveal that Wisdom and knowledge for college party members should be promoted.According to these results and performances,paper explains the problems which existing in the process of cultivating positive psychological traits for college party members and the reason for this phenomenon.The fourth part is based on the third part,and puts forward more targeted countermeasures to college party members.Finally,the last part is the summary and prospect of this paper.
