Investigation Into The Present Situation Of Beijing Children's Basketball League Over The Weekend And Countermeasures Research

Through the study of the "children's Basketball League" in Beijing,this paper aims to understand the situation of the development of the children's basketball games in Beijing and find out the existing problems,analyze the influencing factors,and put forward the pertinent opinions and development countermeasures.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,on-the-spot investigation,interview and mathematical statistics,the following conclusions can be drawn:1.Beijing "children's weekend basketball league" refers to the 8-14 year old children's basketball match with Saturday and Sunday.There are six major children's basketball games in Beijing,the largest of which is the primary and middle school basketball match in Haidian District.The highest level of the team is the primary and middle school basketball team in Beijing.Ball game? The most and least of the League groups are the "blue sky Cup" primary and secondary school basketball match and the Beijing youth club basketball match,respectively,9 and 2 groups.The 2.62.5% team is based on school team,and the motivation of the 95%players is to be happy in the competition;56.6% coaches are mainly school sports teachers,66.7% of the coaches are more in the master's degree,but lack of sports training experience;the level of referees is 93.3% in the national level,and the ruling experience is rich;the 93.3% school leaders support the movement.To participate in the competition,the main motivation is to develop the athlete's specialty and raise the school rate;90% parents support the children to participate in the league,but 80% of the parents are not the sports workers for the future career planning of the children.The Organization Department of 3.events mainly include: the referee group,the media group,the supervision group,the logistics group,the medical group and the inspection group;in addition to the Beijing champion cup primary and secondary school basketball league,the other league organization departments are not set.There are four main ways of promotion and promotion.They are social self media,video media,TV media,and plane media,in which social media and plane media dominate.Apart from social media,the other three promotion methods will charge a certain fee;the size of the league team will increase year by year.4.the factors affecting the healthy development of the competition are as follows:in terms of the competition system,the competition rules are not uniform,the division of the competition area is not reasonable,the course arrangement is too dense,the publicity is not enough in the league,the effective propaganda means,the strength of the competition operation team are insufficient;the level of the athletes and coaches is not high,the level of the athletes and coaches is not high,causing the society to cause the society.The attention of the association is not enough;in terms of economy,the source of the league's funds is single,resulting in insufficient funds and inadequate logistical support.5.The strategy for the healthy development of the League: unifying the rules of the same age group,creating the characteristic competition system,rationally dividing the competition area,expanding the publicity channels of the events,creating the distinctive features of the competition,forming a professional operation team with the match and improving the social influence,and actively inviting the high level team and retaining the high level talents.On the economic front,we actively seek sponsorship,cooperate with government and enterprises,and improve logistical support mechanism.
