With economic development and social progress,life expectancy has been continuously extended,and the elderly population has increased.Solving the health problems of the elderly has become one of the key tasks of the government and society.In this context,the number of people suffering from shoulder joint discomfort due to limited range of motion is also increasing.This symptom is more frequent in women than men and occurs frequently in middle-aged and elderly people.At the same time,with the occurrence of medical difficulties,we are in need of a method that can solve these problems without much inconvenience to the affected population.This article uses the interview method,mathematical statistics method,literature data method,and experiment method to try to compare the experimental effects of non-instrument training,small dumbbell training,resistance band training on the influence of middle-aged and old women shoulder joint mobility,so as to reduce the pressure of medical treatment.In order to reduce the pressure of medical treatment,it provides feasible suggestions for improving shoulder mobility of middle-aged and elderly people.After reading the relevant literature and interviewing experts,the training program for non-devices,small dumbbells,and resistance bands was determined.45 subjects were selected after excluding shoulder dislocation and bad medical history,and subjects with a history of peripheral periarthritis.The trial was conducted three times a week for a period of eight weeks.By measuring shoulder flexion,extension,abduction,and FMS(Functional movement screen)of the shoulder joint,the control group(without equipment),experimental group 1(small dumbbells),and experimental group 2(resistance bands)were tested before and during the experiment.The collected data were analyzed.After the end of training,the range of motion of the shoulder joint of the three groups of subjects improved.After the training,the experimental group two had the most significant improvement of shoulder joint mobility.There was a considerable difference between the control group and the experimental group(p<0.05).Therefore,the training method of the experimental group 2(resistance band training)can effectively improve the shoulder mobility in middle-aged and old people.Conclusion: The training of small dumbbells and resistance bands has a significant effect on improving the mobility of the shoulder of middle-aged and elderly women.The resistance band training had more significant result.Thiscan be used as reference by social sports workers,rehabilitation workers and others.
