Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the functional status and fatigue of the athletes in the training phase of large amount of physical activity in order to probe into the problems of the recovery training and the nutritional supplement program of the athletes during the large amount of physical training.This paper also discusses the function of handball during the large amount of training and further discusses the importance of the nutritional supplement program for men's handball athletes.Method It provides some scientific basis and data reference for men's handball training.The main research methods are literature review,expert interview,test,intervention and mathematical statistics.Result The athletes' red blood cell parameters,immune function,protein metabolism,skeletal muscle micro-injury,and changes in catabolic and anabolic metabolism during the eight-week training period are as follows:(1)The erythrocytes,hemoglobin and hematocrit in the experimental group first decreased and then increased,and the changes of the three indexes did not change much in the training process and all were within the normal range.However,in the control group after the intensive training phase,hemoglobin in recovery phase was significantly lower than that in experimental group.The hematocrit was significantly lower than that in experimental group after intensive training.(2)There was no significant change in the white blood cell level of the male handball players in the experimental group,which was always normal in normal adults.The control group appeared white blood cell level fluctuations in the third week showed a significant decline,while recovery in the ninth week also appeared slow recovery phenomenon.(3)There was no obvious change of blood urea in experimental group athletes.While the control group's blood urea value has been rising.Among them,in the third week of the control group compared with the experimental group,the blood urea level was significantly higher than the experimental group,and there was a significant difference.(4)The creatine kinase in the experimental group tended to increase significantly during the training phase,but returned to a lower level in the recovery phase.Compared with the experimental group,creatine kinase in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group.(5)The testosterone level in the experimental group showed the peak of blood testosterone in the third week,while the level of testosterone in the control group decreased significantly in the same period.In the experimental group,the change trend of cortisol was firstly increased and then decreased,and the level of cortisol was normal after training for 8 weeks,while that of control group continued to increase.The ratio of testosterone / cortisol to the experimental group showed a trend of increasing continuously,and reached the peak value one week after the end of the eighth week,with a significant increase compared with that before the training started,suggesting that there may be excess Recovery phenomenon.While the control group was significantly lower than the experimental group after the end of the eighth week,and there is a very significant difference,but the ratio is still within the normal range,suggesting that the control group in the process of exercise recovery is not sufficient,fatigue accumulation may exist.Conclusion During the 8-week training period,the effect of large amount of exercise training on the performance of men's handball athletes can be reduced by arranging special physical rehabilitation training,with proper dietary regulation and nutritional supplements.Suggest It is suggested that personalized diet control and nutritional supplementation programs are very necessary and effective for athletes to recover from fatigue during periods of intensive or heavy exercise training.Appeal to the relevant departments to increase the handball reserve team training and construction.
