| Research objective:Through the eight weeks aerobic treadmill exercise intervention on vascular dementia(Vascular dementia,VD)model of rats,research the cortex with vascular dementia(Prefrontal Cortex,PC)nerve growth factor(Nerve growth,factor,NGF)of rats expression changes about the ability of learning and memory.Effect of aerobic exercise on brain health research.The prevention and delay of sports in patients with vascular dementia is related to the rehabilitation treatment.Research methods:The rat models of vascular dementia were induced by bilateral carotid artery ligation.The expression of NGF in the prefrontal cortex of rats was detected,and the effects of aerobic treadmill exercise on learning and memory abilities of rats with vascular dementia were investigated.Selected 2 month old male Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats and divided into three groups,sham operated group,natural recovery group and exercise intervention group each 10,20,20 rats.In addition to the exercise intervention group daily exercise and the other two rats were fed normally after modeling exercise intervention for 8 weeks,Every Monday weighed rats,three times eight arms maze test after the experiment were.After eight arm maze test,theunification sacrificed on cortex NGF detection.Research results:(1)the experimental data show that in the eight arm maze test: group and exercise intervention group short-term learning and memory error frequency were significantly higher than the sham group in addition to the natural recovery;exercise group compared with the sham operated group third test,natural group and exercise intervention group were significant difference;and exercise intervention group and natural recovery group,only the results of the first test showed no significant difference between the two,but two times eight arm maze test results are significant difference and significant difference.This shows that exercise training may change the short-term memory ability of vascular dementia rats,and its improvement is more obvious.Sham operation group natural recovery and learning memory errors in long time is significantly lower than exercise intervention group;natural recovery group were significant difference compared with the sham operation group;exercise intervention group and natural recovery group three experimental data were compared,no significant difference,and there is a significant difference there were significant differences.This shows that exercise training also has a significant effect on the long-term memory ability of vascular dementia rats.(2)all groups were in the middle of exercise intervention group analysis showed that the NGF positive cells and areas in the prefrontal cortex,and the natural recovery group was reduced significantly.The natural recovery group and the exercise group number and area of NGF cells in the prefrontal cortex were significantly reduced compared with the sham operation group.The number and area of NGF cells in the prefrontal cortex of the exercise intervention group were significantly increased compared with the natural recovery group.Research conclusion:(1)permanent ligature of bilateral common carotid artery can effectively simulate the impairment of cognitive function of vascular dementia.(2)in the experiment,the 8 weeks of aerobic exercise intervention could significantly improve the learning and memory impairment caused by vascular dementia.(3)the intervention of 8 weeks with oxygen platform can significantly increase the expression of NGF in the brain tissue of rats with vascular dementia,thus effectively protecting the brain cells to improve the brain function. |
