Social Work Intervention Study Of Old City Community Residents Autonomy Group

In order to adapt to the new social situation,the construction of urban community in our country is on the way to the autonomy of community residents.The community is the place where the grass roots residents realize their self management and self service.The relationship between the community governance and the residents'autonomy is becoming more and more important.Especially in the process of promoting the construction of new countryside and the transformation of the old city,the community governance is more concerned by the community.Social work for the study of community residents' autonomy is still the theoretical guidance level,the lack of specific practical operation level of intervention research.This paper starts with the concrete form of the practice of social work intervention in residents' Autonomy--the group of residents' autonomy,and tries to probe into the intervention of social work in the residents' autonomy.The recovery of dormitory residents autonomy group as the research object,adopts the method of case study.And to study the problem from the following three aspects:the needs and problems of the residents and autonomous groups,the path of social work intervention in the autonomous group,the role of social work intervention in the generation of the residents' autonomous groups.The author on the empowerment theory as the main theory and practice analysis,based on the theory of social interaction theory to guide practice,through participatory observation of Community Residents Autonomy in the process of establishing the group and the operation process of the situation from the perspective of social work,and find and solve the problems of community residents'autonomous group,and then draw three conclusions:one is that autonomous groups have different needs and problems in different stages of social workers in stages using social work intervention;two is in the social work intervention group residents autonomy should be individual initiative and external promotion the combination of the two modes of social work;three has a role in promoting the residents to participate in the initiative,team members involved in strengthening the ability of team operation and routine etc..The intervention of social work to play the residents of autonomy of social work professional advantages,flexible use of empowerment theory,arouse their potential,explore residents leader,broaden the channels of participation,cultivate the community residents to participate in the capital,to enhance the ability of.
