Research On Social Work Taking Part In The Development Of Community Social Organizations In The Mixed Community

With the development of city,movement of population continues to expand the scale,the types of community development from the traditional dichotomy of the rural community and the urban community to pluralism,in this trend,mixed community appeared in the city.As a new form of community,mixed community has some new characteristics in its residents’ composition and living pattern,so it puts forward new requirements for the governance of urban communities.Community social organizations as an element of community governance of multiple subjects involved in,plays an important role in community governance,community social organization development is conducive to the construction of community and promote grass-roots social autonomy.In recent years,social work has been popularized nationwide,and has great effect on community governance,in 2016 the Ministry of Civil Affairs issued "urban and rural planning and construction of community service system(2016-2020)" proposed relying on urban and rural community service facilities to establish community according to the studio,the needs of community residents to promote spiritual comfort,resource classification link,enhance the ability,relation adjustment,social integration and professional social work services.Give full play to the professional social work in urban community care,expand community participation,promote the important role of community integration,promote community development and participation in community correction and community drug rehabilitation community,social workers and volunteers to establish collaborative service mechanism.This paper takes Beijing city as a mixed community H community as a case study,attempts to analyze the literature research method,observation method and interview method to the H community social organization development,and combining with the concept of social work and professional skills to explore the development path in the mixed community in the development of community social organizations.Hope that through professional social work theory and methods of intervention,the establishment of a number of community residents can meet the differentdemand and independent development of community service community social organizations in the community,so that the service is taken from the residents for residents,to enhance the participation of residents,enhance the community identity and sense of belonging,at the same time to increase the ability of self management,self service community.
