| From high school to university,freshman have to face the change in learning,life,mentality and other aspects.If students failed to deal with study and life,they may appear some behavioral deviation,lead to no achievement in university education and even can’t graduate.Therefore,it is a real problem that the university’s education needs to be solved by helping college freshmen to clearly study their goals and adjust to the university’s learning life as soon as possible.The purpose of this study is to explore the composition of college students ’adaptive learning,to understand the status quo and needs of new students’ learning adaptation,to propose a group work plan,to explore the effectiveness of group work methods and to enhance the adaptability of new students.In the assessment of the needs of freshmen,the demand for freshmen is mainly focused on exploring the self,knowing the professional,stimulating the learning motivation and mastering the four aspects of learning skills.Therefore,in the design team’s work program,this study divides the contents of the group into four modules: self-knowledge,knowledge,motivation,and learning strategies.Through learning adjustment scale test and semi-structured interviews found that in the group work method,under the intervention of college students learning adaptability of the whole has certain change,more clear understanding of self,learning motivation increased,time management ability to ascend.But the adaptability of learning is also influenced by teachers’ teaching methods,interpersonal relationships,social support,personal resistance,cognitive needs,professional recognition,career performance and other factors.Therefore,the improvement of college freshman learning adaptability needs school,family and social efforts to support to work together to solve the college freshmen in the learning process of various obstacles. |
