Research On The Society Adaptation Ability And Cultivation Of Rural College Students

With the development of higher education,more and more rural students enter the university so as to obtain educational resources with high quality,rural college students of this group is more and more worthy of our attention.How to apply the knowledge to life,to adapt to the development of society,to maintain a normal state of mind and to successfully complete transformation of the role of "social man" is the problems that every college students have to face,rural college students are no exception.But because of subjective and objective aspects of the impact of many factors,in the process of adapting to the society,rural college students exposed a lot of problems,which gradually aroused great concern from all social circles.To improve this phenomenon,the education sector has continuously put the resources of higher education into poverty-stricken areas and areas with weak educational resources,the academic circle also launched a discussion on the cultivation of rural college students in society adaptation ability.Cultivating rural college students' society adaptation ability is the need to promote their growth and to become talent,improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education and deepen the reform and development of higher education,at the same time,it is also the need to adapt social development.In this paper,it takes the rural college students as the object of research,and is based on the cultivation of society adaptation ability as the main content of research,combines with the theory of ideological and political education,and conducts a questionnaire survey for some rural college students to analyze and summarize the rural college students' society adaptation ability,at the same time,combined with the research status of the rural college students' society adaptation ability of the domestic and foreign scholars,the writing was completed.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the purpose and significance of the study,the summary of the current research situation at home and abroad,the main content,thinking methods and innovative ideas of the study.The second part focuses on the concept of rural college students' society adaptation ability,which summarizes the characteristics of rural college students and the main contents of their society adaptation ability and puts forward the necessity of cultivating rural college students' society adaptation ability.The third part summarizes the performance of current rural college students' society adaptation ability and analyzes their good performance and the existing problems by means of the questionnaire survey and other forms on the basis of extensive investigation,besides,it analyzes the main factors that affect the society adaptation ability of rural college students from both subjective and objective aspects.The fourth part focuses on the main problems of society adaptation ability of rural college students and the factors that affect the society adaptation ability of rural college students.What is more,it is targeted to puts forward the countermeasures to cultivate the society adaptation ability of rural college students from the four levels of person,family,school and society.The fifth part is the conclusion of this paper.The ultimate goal of this paper is to effectively cultivate the society adaptation ability of rural college students.It tries to promote the comprehensive development of rural college students and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education,thus deepening the reform and development of higher education in our country.
