Research On Cultivation Of Craftsman Society Of University Students From The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Education

Since premier Li Keqiang first proposed the idea of "Cultivating the craftsman spirit of striving for perfection" at the fourth session of the 12 th National People's Congress on March 5th,2016,"Craftsman Spirit" has frequently appeared in significant meetings in China.The report of the 19 th CPC national congress also calls for "building an army of knowledge-based,skilled and innovative workers,carrying forward the spirit of model workers and craftsmen,and fostering a glorious social practice of working and a culture of dedication to excellence." From this,it is not difficult to see the importance of craftsman spirit at the national level.At the same time,along with the needs of China's current development,transformation and upgrading,craftsman spirit is also indispensable.In the new era,college students will play an important role in building a modern powerful country with Chinese characteristics in the future,and cultivating their craftsman spirit will help them to establish a strong driving force for China's construction and development.This paper is divided into three chapters.In the introduction,mainly introduces the realistic background and research background of the this paper,and lays a foundation for the writing of the following three chapters.The first chapter introduces the spirit of craftsman.In the research of this paper,the spirit of craftsman mainly includes five aspects: The first is that the strict requirements for themselves,and pay attention to their own moral cultivation;The second is that the pursuit of technical excellence;The third is that for their own works' refinement and innovation;The four this that for the occupation,whatever you do,you love what you do;The fifth is that to pass on the spirit of craftsmen from generation to generation.Then it explores the development course of craftsman spirit,the relationship between craftsman spirit and ideological and political education,the importance of cultivating the spirit of college student craftsman in the perspective of ideological and politicaleducation.The second chapter expounds the current situation of College Students' understanding of craftsman spirit,which based on the content of craftsman spirit in Chapter 2 and the actual situation of College students,from the external and internal perspectives to analyze the reasons for this situation.The third chapter explores the way to cultivate the spirit of craftsman in college students from the perspective of ideological and political education.The cultivation path mainly starts from four aspects: Firstly,the national level needs to establish and improve laws,policies and systems,talent evaluation system to cultivate craftsman spirit;Secondly,the cultivation of craftsman spirit at the social level should create a positive and healthy public opinion environment with the help of enterprises.Thirdly,at the school level,students should be cultivated from the perspective of teachers,curriculum,campus activities and campus culture.Fourthly,an individual college students should also play a main role in cultivating the craftsman spirit by referring to the formation process of ideological and moral character(Knowledge,Emotion,Intention,Faith,Action).
