Research On The Cultivation Of College Students' Choice Ability In Ideological And Political Education

Under the pluralistic and open social environment,all kinds of ideas,political views and ethics mix together,interaction,the choice of confusion,choose lost phenomenon in college students is particularly prominent,and impact on ideological and political education in colleges.However,a research in academic circles on how to cultivate college students' choice ability from the perspective of ideological and political education is not much,the cultivation mechanism of the system has not been established,and it is difficult to meet the double expectations of theory and practice.Based on this background,this paper takes the“choice ability”training as the breakthrough point to think about college students to use the Marx doctrine standpoint viewpoint and method,in the ideological,political and moral aspects to make the choice of ideological and political education objectives.This is not only to enhance the inevitable requirement of the effectiveness of the ideological and political education,but also promote into free and comprehensive development of college students is the intrinsic need of.The full text is composed of the introduction and five chapters.The introduction introduces the reason of choosing this topic,the value of the research,the status of the research at home and abroad,the selection of research questions,the assumptions and methods of the research,the innovation of the paper and so on.The first chapter elaborates the theoretical basis of the cultivation of College Students' choice ability in ideological and political education.This paper use Marxism as the guiding ideology,and with reference to the flash point of the western theory of the ability structure and ability development.Specifically,the Marxist theory of people' s choice and the person's ability development,human subjectivity theory,the relationship between practice and cognition,the relationship between internal cause and external cause and so on,play a direct guiding role in the ideological and political education.Western Sternberg intelligence ternary structure theory,Piaget's theory of cognitive development model,Maslow' s need theory and value clarification theory has the important enlightenment and the reference function.The second chapter makes empirical research of the college students' choice ability cultivation in ideological and political education.This paper based on the literature review,expert consultation,individual interviews,questionnaires based,with the methods of reliability and validity test,exploring factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,then verify,revise and improve the relevant variables.Research results show that:the students' choice ability mainly consists of independent thinking ability,analysis and judgment ability,emotion control ability,practice ability and reflective ability;The key influencing factors of college students' choice ability cultivation in ideological and political education covers the students individual factors,ideological and political education factors,social environment factors in all aspects of the 14 variables.In addition,the paper from the subjective evaluation and objective situation test two levels comprehensive surveys the college students' choice ability present situation in ideology,politics and morality,carries on overall evaluation and classification evaluation.At the same time,the paper also surveys the college students' choice ability cultivation present situation in ideological and political education,with a view to provide practical basis for cultivation initiatives.The third chapter analyzes the core content of college students' choice ability training in the ideological and political education.First of the study to cultivate.The fourth chapter reveals the influencing factors of college students'choice ability in the ideological and political education.This paper thinks of the cultivation of college students' choice ability in the ideological and political education as a complex system,which is influenced by individual factors,ideological and political education,and social environment factors.college students' choice motive,emotion and will,knowledge structure and value orientation is the individual factors affecting the cultivation of their choice ability;Philosophy of education,education content,education carrier,educational methods is the ideological and political education factors;Positive factors and negative factors in the environment of ideological and political education will produce a full range of effects in the cultivation of college students' choice ability.The fifth chapter puts forward the suggestion on the cultivation of college students' choice ability in the ideological and political education.The innovation of the thesis constructs the“student individual choice needs as the core,to the Ideological and Political Education as the middle circle,to the social environment as the outer circle”concentric circle training mode,and puts forward the corresponding measures:Firstly,in the construction and implementation of students' willingness to choose excitation mechanism,emotion regulation mechanism,knowledge operation mechanism,the socialist core value the concept of guiding mechanism,to further improve the individual choice of drive mechanism;Secondly,through three ideas,set up students' choice ability into the ideological and political education theory teaching,choice of education ability training organization system,build college students ability training practice ability training platform to create students' choice of campus culture,the establishment of college students' choice ability training and evaluation mechanism,to improve college students cooperative training mechanism in the ideological and political education;Thirdly,make full use of agency the positive factors in the environment,the positive response to the negative impact of the social environment,and effectively enhance the ability of college students to choose the environment of education,to further optimize the social environment mechanism.
