The Research On Professional Ethics Education Of E-commerce Speciality Students Of Technical Schools In Guangzhou

In 2013,the e-commerce trading volume of China had reached a critical point of 10,000 billion which had created a new record.In March of 2014,the Premier of the State Council,Li Keqiang first presented the concept of “Internet+” on the Report of the Work of the Government,which was the indication of the rapid development of e-commerce.At the same time,the criminality in the fields of e-commerce that was even more highly technical and personnel rejuvenate increasing steadily because of the imperfections of national laws about e-commerce and the special circumstance of e-commerce industry brought about tremendous damages of the development of the national economic and social stability.Therefore,how to improve the professional ethics of the employees of E-Commerce Speciality and thus promote the development of this field that is both healthy and stable has become the priority task of the professional construction of E-Commerce Speciality in technical school at present.This article proceeding from the present professional ethics education of E-Commerce Speciality of school G issued questionnaire and interviewed the students and teachers from this speciality as well as enterprises,which reached the following conclusion.The present situation of the professional ethics of the students shown the lacking of ethics of the students themself leading to the low level of professional ethics,the problems of students' professional psychology,attitude and ethical awareness.In terms of the school,the situation of the professional education had reached a crisis,including the discrepancy between the present needs of e-commerce professional staffs and the present education of the school,the lacking of effective evaluation system for the e-commerce professional ethic education of the school,the backward and single method of the school's professional education.To combined with the related data,the author analyzed and concluded the reasons of the present problem of students' professional ethic that from E-Commerce Speciality of school G.(1)The school didn't realize the existent values of e-commerce professional ethic education.(2)That education was divorced from the E-Commerce Speciality.(3)The students,the enterprises and the teachers didn't attach great importance to professional ethic.(4)The feature that students should be the main part of that education has been neglected by the school.(5)There was the absence of the restraint mechanism of e-commerce professional ethics.(6)There was short of faith in e-commerce professional ethics.Based on the above conclusion,the author integrated the related working experience and the related professional ethical methods,from which the author explored ways of improving the e-commerce ethics of the students in five aspects consisting of the combination of teaching knowledge as well as ethics,the blend of teaching knowledge as well as laws,the improvement of teaching ethics by warm-heart,the trinity of school,students and enterprises,the facilitation of teaching ethics by politics.
