Study On Professional Ethics And Professional Ability Of College Gymnastics Coaches In Nanjing Fitness Club

Since the promulgation of the "National Fitness Program Outline" of the State Council in 1995 and the proposal to implement the "Healthy China Strategy" in the Party's Nineteenth Congress in 2017,people have become more and more aware of fitness,followed by commercial fitness.Clubs are booming.Because of its wide coverage,health clubs are popular with people because of their convenient fitness facilities.Among them,coaches are respected for providing scientific fitness knowledge and teaching services to the general public;group coaches serve a wide audience and satisfy most fitness crowds.The needs of the people improve their physical fitness,and they are welcomed by the masses.In addition,the instruction of the coaches of the group exercises relates to people's scientific fitness,affecting their physical health and communication with friends.As a result,the professional ethics of coaches are improved.The problem of professional competence is even more urgent.This study takes pedagogy,social behavior,and social psychology as the basic research theories.Investigate and research the status quo of professional morality and professional competence of group coaches in Nanjing fitness clubs,explore the specific contents of the professional morality and professional abilities of the aerobics coaches,and analyze the problems and deficiencies of the current group coaches from different perspectives of coaches and members,in order to make fitness clubs.The quality of the group coaches has made a contribution to the development of higher levels.The article mainly uses a questionnaire survey and other research methods to study it,and draws the following conclusions:1.Along with the development of group coaching careers,Nanjing Youth League coaches are mainly young and middle-aged people with highly educated levels,and the salary level of coaches is relatively high,which is basically compatible with the development trend of the modern fitness industry.Among them,the gender ratio of coaches is unevenly developed,with more women than men.2.The Nanjing fitness industry is in a stage of rapid development.The team of coaches engaged in group exercises is relatively stable,which is conducive to promoting the development of the industry.However,there are many clubs with part-time coaches,and the coaches are not conducive to the unified management of the club and teamwork coaches.3.The overall level of professional morale of the regimental coaches is generally low.The professional morality of the regiment coaches is not satisfactory,there is a lack of professional ethics,service awareness is weak,and it is inconsistent with the development of the modern fitness market.It needs to be improved.4.There are significant differences in professional ethics among coaches of different academies.The development of investigations is equal and equal to that of the coaches.The coaches who care about membership and selflessness don't have a good performance.Professional standards of conduct in the instrument cleanliness,language civilization;time concept is not very good,members of the coaches to protect the privacy of members,the recognition is higher.5.The occupational abilities required by the coaches of Nanjing Fitness Club mainly include professional skills and professional knowledge.The professional skills of the group coaches are middle and upper level,and their professional knowledge ability is weak,which embodies the characteristics of group coaches who emphasize practice and lightness theory.The group coaches have narrow learning knowledge and lack of specialized knowledge.They cannot integrate multidisciplinary knowledge to provide support for group exercises.6.There are differences in the professional competence development of Nanjing Tuancao coaches.The ability of coaches to coach ties is strong,innovation and sales ability are weak,and the development of professional competence is influenced by salary,teaching period,and the influence of different club environments.7.The professional ethics and professional ability of Nanjing Tournament Coaches are positively related to each other.The improvement of the professional ethics level will help strengthen the professional abilities of group coaches.The strengthening of professional abilities of group coaches will help coaches to further improve their professional ethics level.
