Abstract/Summary:
Classroom management has always been one of the most troublesome problems for teachers,and it is also one of the most time-consuming and energetic work of teachers,and how to organize and manage their classrooms efficiently is a new subject faced by many teachers.Moreover,efficient classroom management is the basis of effective classroom teaching.Because of the particularity of the students in secondary vocational school,to the higher level of teachers’ ability in classroom management.So far,there are many researches on the classroom management ability of teachers at home and abroad,and there are few researches on the classroom management ability of teachers in secondary vocational schools,and this study is based on the sampling survey of J Secondary vocational school students in G province.Present situation of teachers’ classroom management ability in secondary vocational schools.To find out its problems and causes,in order to find the countermeasures of improving the classroom management ability of the secondary vocational school teachers,this study,based on the collection and analysis of the existing literatures,has carried out some research on the classroom management ability of J school teachers in G province,and found that the current situation of the teachers ’ classroom management ability is mainly: 1.The level of self-management ability of teachers is higher overall.2.The student’s management ability is comparatively deficient.3.The classroom environment management ability is insufficient.4.The ability to manage the content of the teaching needs to be improved.5.Teachers’ ability to manage classroom time is not strong.The causes of the current situation of teachers’ classroom management ability in secondary vocational schools include: 1.The teachers’ good comprehensive quality promotes the improvement of teachers’ self-management ability level.2.The traditional concept of education deeply rooted in the relationship between teachers and students and lack of professional management training.3.Teachers and students pay less attention to classroom physical environment.4.Teachers relaxed their own business requirements.5.The planning of the classroom time is unreasonable.In view of the above situation and the causes,this article proposed the corresponding countermeasures.1.Improve the overall quality of teachers in secondary vocational schools,improve teachers ’ self-management ability.2.Set up scientific education concept and talent view,improve classroom management skills and level,improve the ability to manage students.3.Optimize the classroom learning environment,create a comfortable classroom,improve the classroom environment management ability of teachers.4.Strengthen the professional quality,enhance the teaching content management ability.5.The rational allocation and use of classroom time,improve the teacher’s classroom time management ability.
