In recent years,driven by a series of national policies,vocational education has received more and more attention in China's education system,the introduction and implementation of various policies have also pointed out the development direction of vocational education in China.With the appearance of financial sharing and financial robot,higher requirements are put forward for the professional competence of accounting personnel.Therefore,higher requirements are put forward for the professional competence of accounting teachers in secondary vocational schools.Based on the above facts,this paper takes the evaluation indexes of the professional competence of accounting teachers in secondary vocational schools as the research object.Through the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and statistical analysis,it studies and combs the relevant literature of professional competence of teachers at home and abroad,summarizes relevant theories of professional competence of teachers,and aims at the current situation of professional competence of accounting teachers in secondary vocational schools,this paper studies the evaluation indexes of professional competence of secondary accounting teachers.In this paper,a questionnaire survey and related interviews were conducted for accounting teachers in secondary vocational schools.Through the mathematical statistical analysis of the questionnaire survey data,the indexes of professional competence of accounting professional teachers in secondary vocational schools is further verified,screened and optimized.The indicators of professional competence of accounting teachers in secondary vocational schools constructed in this paper include 4first-level indicators of basic knowledge,teachers' morality and attitude,accounting practice ability and teaching skills,as well as 26 second-level indicators and 45 second-level indicators.Finally,taking ERP sand table simulation course as an example,this paper analyzes the key competence index of the professional competence of accounting teacher in secondary vocational school,and links the theory with practice.Through the research,it is found that the state's delay in updating the system of professional competence of secondary accounting teachers,and all secondary vocational schools pay little attention to the development of professional competence of secondary accounting teachers,and the lack of consciousness of professional competence of secondaryaccounting teachers has affected the development of professional competence of secondary accounting teachers.And the evaluation index of professional competence of secondary professional accounting teacher is to improve the education system of secondary vocational school in China.,defining and strictly requiring the professional competence of secondary vocational teachers,making specific,detailed,operable and quantifiable indicators for the professional competence of accounting teachers in secondary vocational schools,promote the professional development of secondary vocational accounting teachers,guide and encourage the lifelong development of accounting teachers in secondary vocational schools,to build a high-quality and high-level professional teaching staff,so as to enhance the overall level of vocational education teachers in China.
