Family school cooperation means that it is a two-way activity.It is a process of parents' participation in school education and mutual understanding,cooperation and support from educators.The development of family education and the development of school education plays a vital role,especially in the vast rural areas.The cooperation of Chengdu with home school affects the effect of education.In order to solve the various deficiencies in school family cooperation in township middle schools,this study takes Q County in B city as a breakthrough point,surveys the teachers and parents in township middle schools,and interviews individual teachers,parents and students individually.The results showed that there are the following problems in the school family cooperation in township schools:(1)The family school cooperation mechanism is not perfect;(2)The school's implementation is not enough;(3)The parents do not pay much attention to;(4)The students have deviation in the family school cooperation,hindering the cooperation between families and schools.The main causes of these problems are the following:(1)No security policy and regulations system;(2)School cooperative sense of responsibility is not clear,the content of cooperation is not rich,single parents;(3)The overall quality is not high,cooperation consciousness is not strong,education is backward.In order to solve a series of problems of the township middle school home school cooperation,we must take the following measures:(1)The government co-ordination,the formation of a standardized system;(2)To create a good atmosphere of home school cooperation,enrich the content of home school co-operation;(3)Implementation of school responsibilities of home school cooperation;(4)Implementation of home school cooperation family responsibilities.From the perspective of developing education theory and combining with the actual situation of township middle schools,this study suggests that we should establish a family school cooperation mode with a school education led and family education as the main body to participate together,and form a normal cooperation to ensure the healthy development of students.
