The implementation of quality education to the society, families and schools have put forward new requirements, which requires families and schools through communication, coordination, cooperation in education, so that children can receive the family and school together complementary characteristic education, and comprehensively improve the quality of school and family, through joint efforts, to enable students to be the more comprehensive education, students in the school education needs the support of parents, at the same time, parents have been guiding the school in the education of their children. However, cooperation in the process of concrete operations is not very harmonious, both sides of the home school cooperation satisfaction is not high. The author as a 8-year teaching the experience of teachers, aiming to find out some problems in high school stage in home school cooperation, and analyzes the reasons and find out the countermeasures, and has a certain positive significance for the promotion of high school students' quality.In order to understand in detail both in home school cooperation satisfaction is not high, chose 200 students from two senior high schools in Taonan city of Jilin Province, the parents and 100 teachers as the research object, the main research methods are questionnaire, supplemented by interviews, comparison and other cooperation from the home school. Cooperation, cooperation, cooperation awareness, participation, cooperation mechanism in five dimensions reflect the encountered problems in home school cooperation, and these problems are analyzed.
